This is a lovely home, but we would never rent it again. For starters, the description says it's in Rosemary Beach, but it is not, it's in Seacrest Beach. When we arranged the rental, I specifically asked if this home in Rosemary Beach was available for our dates, and I was told by the property manager that it was, but was never told it's not in Rosemary Beach at all. The cost for the week was much higher than bigger, nicer homes in Seacrest seem to go for. While the home technically has beds for 12 people, it's not comfortable for that many. There are four beds (two trundles) in the upstairs room, it's difficult because there is no bathroom up there, so the kids had to go downstairs if they needed to go to the bathroom and go into someone else's room, which is not great for promoting any privacy. Two more of the beds are in the Master bedroom - again, not ideal. The kitchen and dining area have total seating for nine. Again, not comfortable for the eleven people we had. The kitchen is very small, and both entryway closets are locked and designated "Owner"s Closet", so there was no place to put shoes, towels, toys or anything except in the small entryway. There is no dresser in the master for clothes, just a closet, which was weird. A number of light bulbs were burned out. There were a total of six rolls of toilet paper total for the week, which is ridiculously low in my opinion, especially since the rental fee was so high. About 12 forks in the drawer, which meant we had to do dishes by hand after every meal. The house is conveniently located, about a four minute walk to the pool and a 12 minute walk to the beach. We had a great week, the unit was very clean, but we would never pay this inflated price again for a Seacrest property that felt so small and cramped and was provisioned on the cheap.
