The condo was amazing, like being in a house. The place had everything one would need, living room, kitchen, washing machine/dryer, and an amazing balcony with view; spacious. The one thing that caught my eye was the gym, best I have seen for a place where people can stay. Will definitely come back. TY for everything.

Excellent, intimate escape place

Absolutely love this place! Its lengthwise layout directs you to the incredible balcony view of the beach and ocean while keeping some space between the bedroom and the living room. Perfect for every sized party from a single individual to a romantic getaway to a small family vacation. Well appointed decor and fixtures, easy-to-operate appliances, amazing full tub in second bathroom, completely stocked kitchen equipment, comfortable furniture. The balcony is a zone unto itself and may be difficult to leave, even for the beach itself. Virtually no noise from person traffic in the building. Some noise from street below, but not enough to be upsetting; more like a nice, steady hum, only occasionally interrupted by a loud muffler. The pool entertainment can be clearly heard and seen from the balcony on the evenings that it’s staged. This unit is close enough to the beach, dining, and shopping to even make a lazy person (like me) not have enough excuses not to go. Elevated enough to enjoy a great breeze and see one incredible sunset after another. You will NOT want to leave.

Beautiful view. Excellent mattress for good nights sleep. Has washer / dryer. blender. oven. Fridge/ freezer. all you need for a quick stay or to stay for a week or more. We will definitely be back. Excellent balcony with chairs and super comfy couch to stretch out and get some zzzz's. Did i mention beautiful view? Glad we found this gem.

Great view!

The condo is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. The view was spectacular. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to place curtains over the window in the bedroom due to the outside lights being very bright and shining through the shutters.

Room amazing

We loved the room! The property was very nice and close proximity to stores, grocery, etc.The management for our room were very timely, helpful and resolved all issues!!!! I would definitely stay again if only the 4 of us. However, I would not recommend a big group on the property. We were there for the World Series and the security staff and property staff were very unaccomodating and rude.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO! GREAT LOCATION! OCEAN VIEW!

We had an amazing vacation, the condo is NEW, CLEAN, OCEAN VIEW, decorated beautiful, comfortable beds, large balcony, all the amenities you would need. Easy access to the beach, very short walk to Pier Park, multiple restaurants and activities. Everyone we worked with was so nice and really made it an enjoyable experience all around! We will be back! PERK* 2 Beach chairs are included.

One of the nicest condos I have rented. Everything is brand new. The beach chairs were nice to have and easy to get to. The condo building has great amenities that are unmatched in that area and the food at the eatery was GREAT! So close to Pier Park we could walk every night. Check in and out were easy. I am staying here if it’s available from now on!

Pierfection at the Beach - The Name Says It All!

This condo is in a great location. Beach access is convenient, and there are several dining and shopping options within walking distance. The condo itself was outstanding. It felt like home away from home. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. The balcony offered a view of the pier and beach as well as a good vantage point to watch fireworks. My wife and I had a great experience and look forward to staying there again on future trips to PCB.

Convenience, Stunning View and Gorgeous Decor!

If you are looking for a place to stay in PCB…look no further. Pierfection at the beach is a great 1 bedroom 2 bunk condo with all the amenities. First, let’s talk about the decor…perfect beach vibe. Simple, clean and all the little touches to make your stay very cozy. When you step out onto the balcony you will not want to leave as the ocean view is amazing!!! The resort style pool with a tiki bar and cabanas available to rent is absolutely perfection. When you’re ready to head over to the beach, it’s a short walk across the street where beach chairs and umbrella service are awaiting your arrival. At night, if you want to go to Pier Park you are close enough to walk which is a major added bonus! Our stay was wonderful. The condo is perfect! The location is perfect! Add the two together and you couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thanks Katie and Colby for sharing Pierfection with us for the long weekend. I will definitely be back.

My stay at Pierfection At The Beach was fabulous!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pierfection At the Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated; it is very fresh and light. The view of the water is breathtaking and the sunsets are as well. The beds are very comfortable. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool area. It is so nice to have a wonderful restaurant on site, and the tiki bar offers a wide variety of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. The location of the condo is perfect. It is within walking distance to so many good restaurants and tons of shopping. We will definitely rent this property again in the near future!
