We had a wondeful time! A few of the dishes were not 100 percent clean but honestly I blame that on other guests just pulling things out of the dishwasher and putting things away without checking them. The property manager was very responsive and you cant beat the view. Location is great and its close to pier park but not on the crazy busy end of front beach. We had 8 people and slept comfortably. We would definitely want to stay again.

The check-in process was extremely easy, and all communication with any questions that we had were easily attainable and answered. Condo is just as pictured, if not better. The location is absolutely perfect to the beach, restaurants, shops, and more. The condo provided absolutely everything that we would need for our stay, and made this vacation effortless and beyond enjoyable. Would absolutely book again, and hoping it’s available for next year!

Enjoyed the condo, although found that all the seating at counter, table and on balcony were higher chairs which makes it difficult for the elderly and persons with disabilities to sit comfortably. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay at Sterling Breeze. Loved the access to all the attractions and the beach! Our Washed didn’t work we called Management they had it fixed immediately!! I loved the Kitchen it was fully stocked, the only thing I would suggest is one or two more Kitchen towels, one just isn’t enough for the time we spent! Other than that we highly recommend it and would stay again!

Very nice room on 8th floor. Very little wait time for an elevator, which has been a problem everywhere else we’ve been. Beautiful pool deck and lounge area. Very clean and updated room. Check- in was very easy. Only negative is $20 non-refundable fee per vehicle for parking.

This condo was very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a short get away. Owner communicated well through their guest portal. The property (pool, beach, etc.) was nice and the staff (especially Felix at the bar) were friendly. Parking was good, but I didn't pay attention to the fact that their was an additional fee, payable upon arrival, of $43 to park. We were happy with the stay and would definitely recommend.

This is a very nice place to stay. The condo was very roomy and clean. We had a few family meals so we enjoyed the dining table and stools at the counter. The patio chairs were excellent as well. Only suggestion for improvement would be to replace living area couch and chairs. They both have seen better days. Overall though a fantastic condo and we hope to rent again.
