Casa Al Fin

Amazing location, close to everything. Could see the water from the third floor balcony. Kitchen was functional, missing a few basics like salt and pepper/ foil/cooking oil. Spacious house, cozy outdoor space- we loved the fireplace. Included bikes were great. House is a 2 min. walk to the beach which was great with smaller kids (restroom breaks) Would definitely come back!

Relaxing Stay

We had a great family time despite being a last minute trip. We love the house itself, the location, our ability to go to the pool across the street, and walk to the beach as well as all the restaurants near by. A gem of a house!

Great Location ... spacious home

We enjoyed our stay at Casa al Fin. The home is very spacious, with great outdoor spaces. The location is close to both the beach and the shopping and restaurants in Rosemary. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and requests.

Magical

Our stay was great. Perfect location with walking distance to everything, with the beach just steps away. The house was beautiful and great for a multi generational family. We had an issue with the grill but it was fixed right away. There was a power outage and the AC on the second floor went off, but they sent someone that night to fix it. New beach chairs in the garage would be a great idea to upgrade the experience slightly. (We know they weren't promised so it wasn't a problem but the ones there are worn) We loved the fire place outside! A table to eat down there would be great. Overall a great family trip in a beautiful beach house in the cutest town.

Amazing Getaway

This House is a MUST SEE !!!! Spent a week with family, everyone enjoyed the layout and the cooks loved the huge gourmet kitchen. Close to the beach and amazing space for outdoor entertaining. The owner is an excellent individual to deal with, he emailed me months, weeks, days and even during my stay to insure everything with superb. i would recommend this house to everyone. Enjoyed and can’t wait to go back soon.....

Casa al Fin is a beautifu...

Casa al Fin is a beautiful new home impeccably decorated and with a great location in Rosemary Beach! The pictures, while great, don't do it justice (check out the video). Our family - ages 3 months to 93 years - had a wonderful time. Ray, the owner, is a delight to work with and was able to answer any and all questions to help accommodate our family's needs.

Absolutely amazing home

Casa al Fin was absolutely phenomenal! Such a beautiful home with amazing decor! The outside courtyard and area over the garage was so unique and beautiful! And the location could not be beat! Literally a 3 minute beautiful walk to the ocean within walking distance of shopping restaurants and it was beyond convenient! Cannot wait to come back to Rosemary Beach! Such a glorious stay! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

A Nice Stay at a Rosemary Beach home

Bright and airy with a wonderful layout, bedrooms downstairs with easy access to the courtyards and bikes. Treacherous stairway, wonderful and well equipped kitchen. Sofa needs steam cleaning, sisal rug soiled and dirty, bathrooms great but limited vanity space..

Great time at Rosemary

Enjoyed the house at Rosemary as it fit our family perfectly. With an infant and toddler it was great to have extra break out space. Enjoyed cooking meals, would have been nice to have some basic spices to start with. House definitely needs attention to deferred maintenance issues. It was great to be so close to the beach and pool. Would consider renting again.

2nd time to stay in this house

We love this house; it is our second time staying here and it was just as great as we remembered. The location is ideal--right across the street from the pool and down the road from the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked with most any appliance, pot or pan you might want to use. It is a well-maintained and if there is any trouble, the owner/maintenance is very easy to get in touch with. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Rosemary Beach. We hope to rent it again next summer.

Wonderful, my favorite house in 10 years of Rosemary Beach vacations

What's not to like? Perfect location, impeccably decorated, fire pit perfect for late night glass of wine! Heaven just heaven! The house was well maintained and very clean, the owner was wonderful to work with, very prompt with replies and info. I would love to stay again...just nothing open! I cant imagine why!

Paradise on the Gulf

Casa al Fin and Rosemary Beach are the perfect combination of style, class and luxury. The home is perfectly furnished and laid out to afford you and your guests a very memorable beach vacation. Casa al Fin offers wonderful views from all of the patios and outdoor space as well as a great private courtyard with built-in fire pit that is perfect for evening gatherings of wine, cheese and crackers. The environment of Rosemary Beach is simply breath-taking and it is very obvious the effort that was put in to create it and the continual effort made to keep it looking beautifu! Choose Casa al Fin - you will NOT be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Ideal location (directly across from pool & a very short walk to the beach) and the house was gorgeous and much bigger than we had expected. Each bedroom has an en suite which was a bonus. Only complaint would be that the washer/dryer is very small for a group as large as ours (7 people). But no big deal. We mainly just washed beach towels anyways. The outdoor swing/fireplace was a huge bonus. Book it now - you won’t regret it!

Perfect Week in Rosemary

We had another perfect week in Rosemary. This was our third year in row that we have done a family vacation in Rosemary and this was the best house we have had the pleasure of renting. The owner was extremely helpful throughout the process. In addition to the house being 5 star quality in every way, the location could not be beat. The house is only steps away from the pool, about a minute walk to the beach and a couple minute walk to the main street in Rosemary with shopping and restaurants. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Highly recommended for a vacation that you will never forget. Great family memories and I can’t wait to get back!

Location! Location!

Casa al Fin is a beautiful home! It's layout if great - bedrooms, all with full bathroom, are below and above main living area, so plenty of privacy and spaciousness. We spend most of our time at the beach and around town, so the location can't be beat!!! It's steps from both. And across the street from pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans which made cooking easy when we wanted to. There's plenty of space to hang out and relax in main living area, with comfortable furniture and such. We stay in a different house every time we go to Rosemary, but may consider this one twice!

Beautiful home, great location

We had a great time during our NYE stay. Three bedrooms are on the 1st floor, living space on the 2nd, and a fourth bedroom on the third floor. Worked perfect for our family. There are a lot of stairs that may not be friendly for elderly or little ones. But otherwise a great house! Loved the openness of the main living space. The kitchen had all we needed to stay in when it was too cold to go out. Kitchen appliances were very nice. The ice machine was an added bonus.

BEYOND FABULOUS!

What a beautiful home! The pictures don't do it justice!! This was the perfect place to stay. When I arrived I was in awe at the beauty of the architecture and the special accents all around the house. It is very obvious a lot of thought went into the design and decorating of this home. The property was very clean and all the furniture super COMFORTABLE - I slept like a rock!! The location is awesome! A two minute walk to downtown Rosemary Beach and a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, not to mention a short drive to just about anywhere in the area. I am DEFINITELY coming back here and have already recommended it to friends.

Couples reunion

We moved to CO last year and this was our reunion with our 3 best couples. We had a lovely time full of laughter and good. One thing should be changed on the listing. The 2 guest rooms downstairs have full beds not queens. The king mattress on the third floor is super soft and difficult To sleep on. The kitchen was lovely and had lots of nice upgrades. We loved the decks and outdoor fireplace. All in all it was amazing. The house was clean except for lots of mold in the shower stalls between the tiles. Thank you for the use of this beautiful place!
