Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very well maintained. The bedrooms were nice and spacious. The small, curtain bedroom was still private and spacious. The balcony had a great view. The only downfalls of our experience would definitely be the waiting on the elevators; it just seemed like they took forever to come no matter what floor you were on. But of course that is of no fault to the rental - just the complex.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at Tidewater 2714 the only issue was some of the elevators were down which meant very long waits but other than that it was fantastic!! Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our Weekend Getaway will definitely try to get this one afain. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home away from home.

Great View and close to tons of restaurants and activities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were down chaperoning for spring break . First, the condo was all you needed, fit 4 very comfortably, and the third bathroom really made it possible for everyone to have their own space. We could walk to Pier Park, 2 minute drive to Winn. Dixie for groceries, or just take the elevator to the beach. The unit does a great job at keeping noise out from neighbors and the view of the gulf lets you look out at the ocean all day. Additionally it has all you need to prep meals and relax while you are there . The one knock is the elevators. While they run fast when you are on them, the 6 cars often took 7-10 minutes to arrive during the bust times of 3-6pm. Just plan for that.Still a very satisfactory stay and you can’t beat the location.
