The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony this unit also has a sleeper sofa that pulls out into a full-sized bed.

The dining area includes a table that will seat four guests, along with a bar that will seat three. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, and granite counter tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Twin Bunk Beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

There is a washer/dryer, and the unit has tile throughout the condo. The balcony has six chairs, one small table and one large table. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the west as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
