E904 is a two bedroom large condo that rents at two bedroom standard rates. Unit will accommodate up to six guests with a spacious 1289sq. feet of living space. This condo is fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable & DVD player, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony this unit also has a Sofa sleeper sofa that pulls out into a queen size bed and a love seat.

The dining area includes a table that will seat six guests, along with a bar that will seat two. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a futon bed, TV/cable, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

There is a washer/dryer, and the unit has tile throughout with the exception of the bedrooms which are carpeted. The balcony has four chairs, one lounge chair, one small table and one large table. View-Faces the water for the most part however it is slightly angled to the west as shown in the pictures and has a view of the water.
