Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this unit. We loved the bay window in the master bedroom and the kitchen had everything we needed. Our only negative comment was that the couch was sunken in and not comfortable.

Unit was super dusty, fans loaded with dust, no blankets or washcloths and told we had to purchase them ourselves. All the elevators didn’t work so it caused MAJOR delays at busy times. Pool wasn’t large enough for the amount of guests.

Nice place with a few minor flaws

The size was perfect for two adults and three teen girls, and the location was great as far as beach access. Unfortunately, Front Beach Road is just a really high traffic area, so if you need to get out to go to the grocery, you have to time it carefully--early am is best. The property itself was roomy, though and our way from the parking garage to the actual condo units was confusing. Thankfully al the other guests we met were really friendly and helpful. One bay of elevators was out of order, too, which made getting up and down a little slower than desired at times. But this unit is RIGHT above the beach access ramp, so it was just a straight shot down the elevator to the beach. The bathrooms throughout the resort were always clean, too! The condo itself, as previously stated, was roomy and had a great view of the ocean. The balcony was a great size, too. Unfortunately, the chairs and table there were REALLY uncomfortable. The second bedroom was also very noisy, as the unit is next to the elevators--convenient when loading/unloading, but noisy at night. The mattress was not great, either. The kitchen was spacious, and washer/dryer unit was great. A better inventory of kitchen items ahead of arrival would have been nice, but overall it was mostly well-equipped.
