Only had four towels. Downstairs bathroom was not cleaned. Overall we love staying at this resort. Price is good with no extra armband fees and parking fees. Will stay again!!!!

Excellent condo, with great access to the beach.

Excellent condo, with great access to the beach. 5 min walk with private access to local beach. Clean, organized environment, Three charming bedrooms, with fully stocked kitchen. Overall excellent experience. Highly Recommend. con: gate code across was somewhat difficult, didn’t work with provided code, had to wait couple of hours to gain access.

Maybe it was just a bad week.

This property inside was decorated nice, appeared to be clean. However the patio and deck upstairs had not been maintained, both were a mess. Broken deck chair, missing deck umbrella, rug was filthy and unusable. First night there, we discovered bugs, BTC did send some one over to spray the next day, however we still saw bugs (fewer) the entire 7 days. We had a water leak from upstairs to downstairs, BTC. Sent someone to fix it. The sliding doors upstairs are a menace. BTC did refund a small portion of the rent without hesitation so hopefully they will whip the property into shape.

The condo was convenient, cozy, and clean. There were some minor repairs that seemingly had not been kept up(calk on floor). Also the property.

This place was perfect! It was clean, quiet, and very welcoming. We did not cook during our stay this time, but the kitchen was such a nice asset. This condo is beautiful, and we already want to plan our next beach vacation at the resort!

Attention to Detail

The condo was really cute. The furniture outside was in dire need of paint on the wicker. The trundle had no sheets or blanket. The trundle area had not been cleaned in quite awhile. My coverlet was obviously stained. However, the management did provide tickets to one amusement for my group. The cleaning fee also to be refunded. I own timeshare vacation time. I would say this has never happened to me at any stay. I have owned them over twenty years. VRBO needs to invest in a better cleaning crew.
