A great “home base” for the area’s activities

We spent most of our days at the beach, pool, Alice, beach, restaurants, golfing, etc. This house was in a terrific, centralized location for us to enjoy our time in the area.

Perfect spring break!

We’ve stayed at several Magnolia Cottages, and this was one of the best! Everything was super clean and in excellent condition. The bikes and beach equipment were a huge plus. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We’ll be back!

Great house on a corner and dead end street.

Great house with lovely screened porches off both floors. Steps away from the pool and short walk to the beach as well a bike to surrounding towns. Great not to have so much foot/bike/car traffic like other nearby towns.

Father’s Day/Son ‘s 30th Birthday weekend

House and location were perfect! Even though weather was not to good, it rained everyday off and on the comfort of the house and proximity to places aloud us to do many fun thing while weather permits. Kids were able to play outside and enjoyed pool area. Very close to Rosemary Town/Beach area. Wonderful place, will come back for sure!

Perfect Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed at Feelin tipsea with my adult children and a friend. We love the neighborhood and this year at feelin tipsea did not disappoint! The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you need including cookware, small appliances, etc. The beach walk is reasonable with beach access directly across the street but we did rent a golf cart which made life easier. Beaches weren’t crowded either. Bike rides along 30a were great too! Neighborhood is Close to Alys beach so we enjoyed morning bike rides to breakfast/coffee shops. Would 100% recommend Feelin Tipsea for your next beach vacation on 30a.
