Great time!

Everything was great! Very clean! We loved the beach chairs and not having to fight for a spot on the beach daily. Only complaint was it was pretty warm in the condo when we checked in. We plan on returning!

My first experience at the beach

This was my first ever experience going to the beach and it was a blast. My wife and kids just truly enjoyed themselves and everyone at the Regency Hotel was very pleasant, courtesy, nice and easy to talk to. I was blown away with how they took care of my family and myself. I will be coming back and right we are planning our next trip

Family trip

Beds were great but need more comfortable furniture in living room. Not enough seating. Also, the netting that was around the balcony caused you not to get a good view of the ocean. Great if you have small children but needs to be able to be removed.

Great view, clean, love the bright beach colors!

This was a great stay for 2 parents with 4 young adult kids. Short walk down to the beach and pools. Clean condo. Clean pools. Quiet while we were there. Condo decor is colorful and beachy. Balcony has a good view of the water and sunrise to the east. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

On the beach and close to amenities.

We had a great experience here! The condo was as described and clean. We had no issues with the AC. The balcony though it was on the side was far better than we expected. The buildings elevator could get overcrowded, but that's not the fault of the owners. We were able to get anywhere pretty quickly and enjoyed not being directly in the thick of things but close enough. We made a big breakfast our last morning and the kitchen was well equipped to cook for our party of 6. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Room 723 at Regency Towers

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues with the room other than we had difficulty with the keypad lock at times. 2 elevators went down. They were down for a while. This is no reflection on the condo.

Great place and location

My family has traveled down to Panama City every summer for several years. This is one of the best condo's we have stayed at so far. Location on east end is great with less traffic. Great food choices close by. Schooner's and Capt. Anderson's were both great places to eat. Condo was roomy and having the bar onsite by the pool was great. Communication with owner was outstanding. They answered any question I had within minutes to hours. Kitchen was FULLY stocked, fridge ice maker actually worked. The only thing I can say is this place needs more elevators. That is the same with anywhere you stay that has multiple floors. It is not a major issue, but can be a headache while trying to check in and out. Overall, I can say nothing bad about the property or the condo. Everything truly was perfect.

Fully equipped & comfortable

Our family of 5 just returned from our stay in this beautiful condo. We were very impressed with how equipped it was with anything we could possibly need! Lots of nice cooking pans, baking dishes, utensils, silverware, blender......even all the spices we could possibly need! They truly go above and beyond to make your stay stress-free! The location was great - right on the beach and close to everything. The beds were the most comfortable of any rental we've ever used! The box fan in the closet was great to have, too, as I am a light sleeper and the people above us were pretty noisy! The fan drowned out most of their noise. The resort had a nice pool, grills, tiki bar, and a place to book parasailing, banana boat rides and chairs right there. The furniture was all very nice and the room was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

We enjoyed how much room there was for everyone The twin bedroom is a plus instead of bunk beds as we had all adults Nice side view of the ocean The only bad part was we had to run to store to get enough towels and pillow cases The facility was doing construction everyday and it was so loud and shaking but most of the time we just headed to the beach during the loudness All in all it was nice and we would stay there again

Great stay!

This was our second time staying at Regency Towers, and first stay in this unit. We enjoy the location, amenities and being on the beach. This unit was very nice, decorated well and had a fully stocked kitchen. We cook on vacation so we appreciate owners making sure we have what we need. We will definitely be back!

Great condo - great location

Our stay was terrific. The 3 BR/2 BA condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 2 children. The condo itself is very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked - it has every pot, pan, utensil that you could want. All of the appliances worked great. No internet issues - which is saying a lot with iPads, computers, games and phones being used. During the summer the property hosts a kids movie on the back lawn on Monday nights -- our grandkids LOVED this! There are several charcoal grills for use on a first-come first-served basis. Although we did not use them, they did get plenty of use in the evenings, and it is a great option for dinner. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it without any hesitancy. A note about the elevators: I will say that during check in/check out on Saturday (and Sunday) you will be hard pressed to get into the elevator. There are only 3 elevators for the entire property and when people are taking all of their luggage and other items up (or down), the elevators are packed. Since the unit is on the 7th floor, on the day of check out I would suggest making a few early morning trips to your vehicle, taking as many larger items to the car as you can - before the mad rush from 8:30-11:00 am.

Very spacious, kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful bedrooms. Great view! Pool area nice and tiki bar had great prices and good food for value. Nice location and not in super congested area. Also loved variety of TV selections.

Beautiful Condo

Nice condo with everything you need to have a relaxed vacation. The only thing I noticed was dusty fans and parking issue. If you come in late after 10, you will have a hard time finding a parking spot available, so you have to park across the street even if you have paid for parking pass. Not fair but thats how it is. Also we had trouble opening the door lock twice. We spend like 30 min trying to open. But other than that, we loved the stay.

Loved my condo and Location pools were awesome bikini bobs was great beach and water was awesome but I will not stay again because security guards was rude made us feel uncomfortable staring at us and everybody they were ridiculous griping about every little stupid thing questioning Ages of kids that he had no right to act like we were lying ....

Beautiful condo, great owners

We spent 5 days in PCB and this condo was the perfect location! Beautiful beach, pool, area. Walking distance to some restaurant, stores, and only a short drive to main area attractions. The owners were quick to respond with a minor issues (remote batteries and patio light). There were board games for all ages, beds were comfortable, kitchen has everything we needed (word for future renters.... carafe style coffee maker so bring ground coffee, no keurig). We had 3 adults and a teenager and we all enjoyed!! Would definitely rent again!!!

Great Value for 3 bedroom, 2 bath that's basically beachfront

The condo was pretty much as described. The condo was more on the end/side of the building so you aren't directly facing the ocean, but you get ocean views from the living area, balcony and master bedroom. Check in was a breeze. The owners gave the door code and wifi password ahead of time. They also sent emails with info and welcoming us. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 7th floor seemed clean, inviting and nicely decorated. They had a LOT of things other condos usually don't have (salt, pepper, a rack of organic spices, dish detergent, coffee filters, etc). Both bathrooms had tubs (neither one held water to give the 2 y/o a bath) with sliding doors. We prefer a walk-in shower especially in a master bath, but it was exactly as they advertised (and showed in pictures) so we knew ahead of time. The location was good... it was on the quiet end of PCB which was great! We were closer to Panama City, but further from Pier Park which we love and always visit when we're down there. There is a Dollar General across the street from the gated grounds of the condo... bonus!!! One of the pools was closed while we were there. The other big one and the baby pool were open. We had double red flags at the beach 2 days while we were there so the only "big" pool was rather congested. It's not the owners fault by any means! We were just a little disappointed it was so full we couldn't enjoy it. Try out Bikini Bob's while you're there!! The food and drinks are not disappointing! : ) 2 beach chairs and an umbrella came with this condo rental. It was so nice not having to pack chairs down to the beach! The young men taking care of the chairs/cushions and umbrellas were very nice! There is a new stackable washer and dryer that worked great!! There were a few small blemishes with the condo... but no show stoppers. There was a crack in the bottom of the door on the microwave. Some of the towels and washcloths had bleach stains. The little lamp in the twin bedroom made a weird BAD sound when plugged in. There are "chips" out of the kitchen flooring (I initially thought the floor was dirty. I tried scrubbing them and realized they weren't coming up). When we turned on the oven, the condo filled with smoke because there was burnt stuff on the bottom the cleaning lady missed. There were some black marks and other markings on the walls in the main hall. None of this affect our stay, I just didn't want to get blamed for any of it.

Condo was updated as stated. Regency Towers faculties were clean and updated. Only issue was the main shower was dirty. I emailed the rental company, but never heard from them. I suppose I would have tried calling, but was only myself and spouse, so we just didn't use that shower.
