Great family vaca

The condo was perfect! Clean, nicely furnished. Lots of pots and pans, as well as utensils and a blender. Beds were very comfy. Great walk in shower.Lots of nice amenities around the resort too. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great viiews

The property was amazing. Huge and everyone felt like they had their own space. The views of the beach were incredible. Loved the beautiful sunsets. Close to everything. Nice amenities. Will book again.

5 star area, 2 star condo

Overall, not a “bad” experience, but the condo did not meet expectations for the area. Worn/missing furniture, sliding door to balcony that didn’t lock, bathrooms that are in need of updating. Felt like a cheap rehab. Communication with management was non existent, they gave me wrong beach gate code, and did not bother replying to any of the 3 ways I contacted them. Luckily I got a code from another guest by watching them type it in. Outside of the condo was fabulous. Great beach, pools, hot tubs and close to many things to do.

We loved the condo and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The condo could use some updating and more pans, utensils and kitchen items. Can’t wait to book our next stay here.

Spring Break dream getaway!

Our vacation was amazing thanks to this wonderful property with ample Room for my wife and I, 2 daughters and 3 Granddaughters. The views were spectacular and 4h floor was perfect!

Felt like home!

We really enjoyed stay. Tons of room for 7 of us. Layed out nicely and it really just felt like home for our 7 day stay. Dishwasher tore up on 2nd day, we let them know but was never attended to, so we hand washed dishes daily. But other than that it was great. Great location and amazing view. Beautiful pool!!

Edge water

My family and I stayed in this condo August 10-17. My husband and I our adult sons their wives and 3 month old grandson. When we arrived the condo was very clean. (I am very picky about the cleanliness). The condo is large enough that we could have family time and privacy. The condo is in a great location. And the views are amazing!!! If you plan on cooking meals the kitchen is not stocked for that. The condo could use some repairs but, that was cosmetic and did not affect our vacation. I would recommend this condo. We would love to stay here again next year.

We had a few slight issues before heading to our destination but Emerald Coast helped us out with all of the issues with the previous property we had rented and found a place that was just as great with all the same amenities. Great communication and place to stay!

This is an older property with definite signs of wear in the room and furniture so don’t expect a 5 star experience. However, the room location exceeds expectations with a magnificent view of the beach, pools and sunsets.

Wonderful Family trip!

The condo being in the 4th floor was perfect! We could see the pool, and beach with the biggest wrap around balcony! The decor and rooms were as seen in pictures. The celings and kitchen were outdated but didnt effect the condo. The toaster and microwave could be updated! Overall it was great and would return again!

Holiday Stay

The unit has beautiful views of the beach. It is a large unit with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to prepare meals. Upon arrival, there were a few housekeeping concerns and the sliding glass doors did not open. The management company did get those fixed quickly and our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Condo owner needs to update appliances. Microwave inop, dryer squeeked bad, refrigerator missing shelves. Association was quick to bring a loaner microwave and new dryer. Kitchen pots, pans etc. old and limited. Livingroom could use more seating and ceiling spotty repair job. Hot water limited. Overall awesome veiw and great location

Beautiful beach

A lot of outdated abinetry and broken cabinet doors in all of the bathrooms and kitchen. Refrigerator had broken shelves tiles in the ceiling were falling out washer and dryer very poor shape rusted doors. Broken chairs on the balcony handrails were bent and screwed back together very unsafe for children.

Parking, no communication

I love the property. I did not like that I had not been told that they were having the Ironman competition there and I paid $90 to park to be told that my parking lot was closed. We usually vacay in May and Oct. so it isn't so crowded but the Ironman being there made it very crowded.

Great location. Parking/security the PITS! 👎

Location was amazing. Few major complaints: 1. It was NOT made clear that you must purchase a parking pass BEFORE arriving. If you don’t, there is major confusion at the security gate. The guards are unprofessional and make you feel as if you’ve committed a major crime and shouldn’t be there. It took 25 minutes to prove we’d rented a place and needed to get in. Even though we provided multiple emails w proof. Had to go pick up parking passes next morning. And owner services was across the street and confusing to find. Plus it was $80 for 2 cars to park for 3 days. $80!!! Ridiculous. 2. Coffee maker and Kuerig IS provided. But NO COFFEE supplied. No filters. Not a problem if we knew ahead of time. But we arrived at 8pm after driving 16 hours so it was inconvenient waking up to no coffee. 3. We were not provided the correct codes to get into/out of the beach access. Had to ask other guests which was embarrassing. 4. Only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom. Not enough for a 3-4 day stay. 5. Very little hot water.
