The condo was very comfortable and perfect for me. I was disappointed that there was no shelf in the shower in the master bedroom for shampoo/conditioner/soap. Also, no safety bars in the shower. Water pressure is very low also.

The condo is a nice size, kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and loved the balcony. Beach was great and good pool area. Only complaints: the master bedroom only had blinds that didn't block the night time security light or morning sun, bed was uncomfortable, and the building elevators broke almost daily.

This condo has a great location right by Pier Park. Super clean upon arrival. We had a great stay. My only complaint would be the sofa in the living room. It sat comfortably but could use a good professional cleaning. It looked as if it had quite a few spills in the past. No big deal though, we just covered it with a blanket…problem solved. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. We were there in Feb so it was not real crowded. I really liked the location. Condo had everything we needed. Loved the auto check in process. Nothing really negative to say. Would suggest some ottomans and sofa upgrade soon and maybe a few larger coffee cups. Ovrall was really nice and we would stay there in the future.

We loved our stay. Condo was super clean. The property was nice-front desk staff was so nice. Fast elevators too. Only downside of the property was lots of steps on the boardwalk to the beach. Not fun with a beach cart. So plan ahead!

This room has a great view from the balcony. The room itself was clean and updated. The beds were good and the linens were fresh. Had everything you could want for your stay. The WiFi was a little slow and had trouble a few times where it would let work. But that is the only thing that I had trouble with. Other than that if you don’t need WiFi. This place is great. The building was clean and the staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again. So relaxing and the pool area was great. It was clean and well maintained. Great trip all around. Thank you

The location was great for us. The condo was clean and neat. We had a few issues. We could not regulate the air. It would cut off during the night making it hot in the bedroom. The mattress in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable.. The elevators in the complex were very noisy when in use.

Very move Condo. Spacious to be a 1 bedroom 2/bath. Very clean. Only found a couple of issue, bedroom TV remote was missing & not replaced during our 5 night stay. Bedroom needs dark paneled curtains on windows since it faces the exterior hallway with bright lights, Very bright at night! Love the check in/check out process. The parking fee should be included in your Moab fees & should be lowered $43 per pass is a little high. Staff were all very friendly. Concierge employ (lady) that worked on Tues/Wed/Thur of our stay 9/6-9/8/22 & the gentleman ( older) that worked across from the front desk, should both get Special awards!! Both were VERY friendly & helpful. 👍🏻👍🏻
