Beautiful home and great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We comfortably had 13 adults and kids in this beautiful home! The space in the kitchen and living area was ideal for meals, games, puzzles and football watching. We loved having our own quiet section of the beach. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great rental. The beds are comfortable and spacious. The furniture was comfortable. The view was amazing, along with a deck and screened in porch. We enjoyed the pool after a fun day at the beach. It was nice not to have to climb 3 or 4 flights of stairs to the beach and inside the house. There were plenty of towels for showering. You will need to bring extra beach towels though. The kitchen had enough pots and pans, silverware, etc. although some were worn out. The bunk room had an exterior cooling system/Cube. Seemed to have somewhat of a musty smell. The house could use a smidge of TLC, That being said, we enjoyed the house and would rent it again. The rental company was very easy to work with and checked in/out was very easy. Fantastic week!

There isn’t a single detail of this updated, spacious, clean home that we would change! We took our 2 children and their families for a week long stay at 239 Pelican Circle and can assure you we will be back next year. The home and guest home provide everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The convenience and beauty of walking from the back deck and pool directly to beach access is perfect! The beautifully decorated home makes you feel like you are at home. Don’t miss the opportunity for a vacation of a lifetime! Royal Destinations continues to provide excellent customer service and amazing options for our vacation homes. We will continue to use them for our future family getaways!
