Entry at the ground level, the first of two living spaces greets you with a sofa sleeper, wet bar, wine cooler. When the family is not at the beach, the pool, or the delightful kitchen upstairs, this is the perfect space to relax and unwind. The ground level features three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a Twin over Full bunk bed, to sleep 3. The second bedroom features two twin bunk beds, with the last bedroom featuring a King bed. 11 total guests can comfortably sleep on the first level of this amazing beach home.

The second story of Pelican Paradise A features a kitchen that is a chef's delight. Fantastic appliances allow for a dynamic cooking and preparatory experience, where no meal is too large or small to take part in.
