Great trip!

Beautiful views from the 7th floor. The condo was very clean and spacious. The 9 of us had a great stay. Plenty for everyone to do and enjoy.

Great location

Great room with plenty of space and exceptional location in proximity to elevators, pool and beach. The wristbands are handy to get into everything without having to memorize a bunch of codes! Great time!

Beautiful views unit was very clean. Elevators need some work but didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes. Overall stay was great

Tidewater 702 is Great!

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying here! The living room furniture was very nice and comfortable….great for watching the NCAA Tournament on the big screen. There were plenty of beds for more people too…shoulda brought more friends. Vacasa does a great job with communication before, during, and after trip.

Very nice property, very secure and beautiful condo

Took my girls and nieces and I was a little nervous going alone but with secure parking and wristbands and helpful staff we had no problems. We were sufficiently “wowed” by the condo. Very nice decor and it had everything we needed for a pleasant trip.

The Beach

The beach is what you are visiting this condo for. The condo was nice and clean. The Tidewater Resort overall needs some updating. Elevators did not work and we often had to wait over 20 minutes to get on one. Not the prettiest building but the ocean and the view is well worth the stay.

Family Trip

The condo was clean and spacious. Our only issue was no television service. There was obviously an installation waiting to happen evidenced by equipment left lying around with notes on which TVs to install. It would’ve been nice to know. We wouldn’t have rented.

Be prepared to wait for the elevator!

The room was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for everyone! The property was also well maintained and we were close to everything. It truly was a super nice condo that was well equipped with a great view! Now for the downside...the elevators. Luckily, we were only on the 7th floor and could take the stairs most of the time because the wait for the elevators was about 30 minutes no matter the time of day. It was so bad that it will probably keep me from staying here again. I have never seen anything like it! It literally took us a total of 1.5 hours to bring our things to the room and bring the cart back down! So be ready to wait every time going up or down to the beach or anywhere else, especially if staying on a higher floor and the stairs are not an option!

Disappointed

This unit was large and decorated nicely. Unfortunately, we arrived to a unit with a lot of damage - dented walls, ripped ottoman, broken lamp, pictures askew, fixtures yanked from the wall.the living room TV didn’t have live television. There were tissues under the bed, no extra toilet paper or paper towels, coffee pot but no filters. Compared to other similarly priced units at Tidewater, this was disappointing.

Unfortunately, do not recommend. The pools were great, but that’s about it.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t the best experience. Elevators were down at the condo as well as the parking garage. Working elevators took forever due to high volume of guests and just not enough elevators. I saw 2 bugs- both the same kind- not really sure what they were, but looked like silverfish bugs. There’s a layer of dust on the TV credenza in the living room. Broken frames on the wall, a headless porcelain clown decoration, cigars on the balcony (in a no smoking condo,) items from previous guests left under the bed like a bonnet and 7 forks in a 10 guest condo. We also had issues twice with being locked out of our condo because the door code changed more than once without us being advised. On the second to last night the condo lost power. All and all not the best accommodations. It was nice having a bar and Starbucks on condo premises but drink were melted by the time the elevators got to you to get you back to your condo.

Great condo

Great condo, lots of space. I wish we had known they had a pack n play, high chair, etc so we could have saved the trouble of packing them. We found on the last day that the white chest in the living area is full of board games too.

Excellent condo on PCB!

Great condo that is beautifully decorated and furnished. View was outstanding and good location. Only negatives were there was no hair dryer and the elevators during peak times are really slow and takes a while to get on. Great pools and beach access.
