Fall Break

This townhome is very clean and nice. The decor was inviting and relaxing. The location is awesome for young families. We felt safe it was quiet and away from the teens in Seaside. The pool is a gorgeous resort style pool and my kids loved it. We took the golf cart down to Walton Dunes where we had beach chairs set up everyday for us. The golf cart at this property is nice and honestly the fastest on the road! We loved this property and would stay again.

This was a great family get away! Right around the corner from the pool. The beach accesses are right down the road - use you maps for public beach accesses, other then Deer Lake, they’re tucked away. The Big Chill being directly across the street with use of the golf cart was a 10/10. The kids had a great time, we went almost every night. The house is just as described and in the pics. We had a great time and appreciated the home like feel.

Even better than the pictures!

The furniture in the photos is not what is in the actual house- the real furniture is even better! The house was gorgeous, in a community of condos, and right across the street from some shops and restaurants. We loved taking the bikes and golf cart out, and the home was clean and fresh. Would love to return.

Perfect beach getaway

Spectacular rental that quickly felt like home. All the furniture is comfortable, including the luxurious king size bed. Golf cart is easy to drive, take into town, etc. Shopping and restaurants are close by and everything along 30A is accessible via bikes or golf cart. The pool is close enough to walk to and a quiet place to soak in the sun or a good book. We highly recommend this unit and management company. No issues of any kind and the house is up-to-date with all the essentials. Big plus - all products were green and fragrance free; house was spotless upon arrival.
