Nice and convenient spot on the square

This condo was great for our family of four on a weekend trip to Rosemary Beach. Convenient location and smooth process for arrival, etc.

Property was very nicely decorated and clean. Great location. We had some issues with the dryer not working properly but they did the best they could to resolve.

Lovely getaway

We enjoyed our time in Rosemary Beach. The property’s location right in Barrett Square was fun and convenient. We visited in November and were lucky enough to have fabulous weather without the crowds. Walked to the beach and several great restaurants. The property was comfortable and well equipped. Designated parking place was a plus and it was nice to have an elevator for my mom.

Clean & new in an outstanding location

We were very comfortable, it was very clean and didn’t have the “beach musk” thing that beach rentals get. Loved the balcony, the cold AC, the short walk to everything including the amazing pool amenities. The beds and blankets comfortable and I slept better than at home. We want to return.

8:30 pm cancellation night before rental

This Host, 360 Blue, cancelled at 8:30 the night before due to sewage problems. Host only gave me a partial refund and said I should get the "service fee" back from VRBO. This took 2 weeks and a lot of calls, emails, grief and documentation to get VRBO to refund the balance. Definitely would not rent from this Host 360 Blue again.

Fun spot to stay in Rosemary!

We loved our stay in this unit! The location is perfect if you want to be ingaged with the activity of the town. The beach, pool and shopping are just outside your door. The balcony was our favorite part of the condo! We had breakfast every morning overlooking Barrett square.

It was even better than I had hoped for. Location was perfection located right in the center of town but quiet and private. The interiors and wrap around balcony was fashionable modern and great looking! I can not wait to stay here again! The kitchen was great too with wonderful gift packs and amenities for the stay.
