This adorable studio unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation!

It is the perfect getaway for two people who want privacy, yet close to all of the amazing activities that the area offers!

This unit features a queen-sized bed, brand new flat screen TV, Kitchenette with microwave, fridge and a full bathroom!



Our unit is an end unit on the ground floor. The coin operated washer and dryer also located on this level. The very private pool is right out your front door, the sugar white sand beach is a short stroll. Amazing restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Bikes advertised in the listing were not available at check-in and arrived more than 24 hours later. Only one roll of toilet paper was provided with no extras.Within 24 hours before check-in, we were told maintenance would enter the unit for an AC repair even though the AC was working. A technician was in the unit for several hours during the morning, significantly disrupting our stay. There was also ongoing construction outside every morning around 8:30am that was not disclosed and caused daily noise disturbances.We also encountered repeated cleanliness issues in the bathroom during our stay. The AC repair guy left a large poop in the toilet and we came back later and there was pee on the seat and pubic hair from the AC guy again. The host initially agreed to a refund for one night but issued less than 77% of a 1 night stay, which was disappointing. We will not be coming back and recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Door did not lock when we would leave the condo we had to leave belongings inside unit with door unlocked. There was also no deadbolt to lock ourselves in at night so any one who knew the code could get in. Construction in the building which were not notified of. Been coming to 30A for 15 years this was the worst stay we have experienced.

The town/area is beautiful. The room is very small. Nice size bathroom but a very small room. It was decorated nicely. Unfortunately, the add mentioned 1extra bag for each trash can and there was no bag for bathroom trash, the ad mentioned the room having laundry detergent for 1 round of coin operated laundry facility, but there was no pod/detergent left, in the picture, there is a starter set of cream for coffee near the coffee pot, there was none. And the dishes…my niece went to get a bowl for some cereal we had bought, the bowls were nasty! They had rings around them and a couple had rice stuck in them. NASTY! The options for food nearby were nice, pricey but nice. I liked that we had several options in walking distance. The bed was comfortable, a little hard, but I slept well. Temperature in the room was nice and cool. Grocery store very close, not walkable but close. It can get noisy as you hear people walking/jumping above us. Room was ok, but area was very nice.
Great salad (actually one of best) at Gerorge’s. A short walk from the room. Pricey, but delicious and nice atmosphere.
We took out bowl for cereal (glad we always wash dishes first) this was nasty. Food stuck around the rim.
More stuck food. You can see rice kernels.

Won’t be back

We booked this place for our 16 yr wedding anniversary. 6 nights. 6 nights of no sleeping. Pros: Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. Con: Size. It’s not a one bedroom it’s a studio. Feels tight and stuffy. WiFi not great. When we’d watch movies they would freeze. We lost WiFi connection and we were told someone would come take a look and no one came or bothered to follow up to see if this was resolved. It was not as clean as it could have been. Dirty bed sheets were left on the bicycles in the porch. The toilet looks crusty. There were spider webs on corners of the studio like no one swept/moped. Wasps nest behind the rocking chairs. Someone came to “knock it down” but the wasps came back. The bed was SUPER uncomfortable. Not sure how old the mattress is but we did not sleep at all. And the bed was so noisy. Every time we moved it squeaked. Construction two studios over was unbelievable. They started at 8am and left at 5-6pm. So loud! Also the walls are thin. You could hear ppl upstairs walking around like they right on top of you. Which they are. This studio is right next to the garbage room. So every time someone goes by to dump trash you hear the dumpster being opened. When we got here the pool was dirty so we had ask them if they ever come out to clean it. Not sure how well maintained it is. We are confident in saying we won’t be back nor recommending this building to anyone.

It was a really small unit. Ideal for a single person but too crowded for two. TV stations were strange and TV had a hard time staying connected to the WiFi.

Excellent location to walk to the private beach club included with reservation, and both towns of Rosemary Beach and Aly’s Beach.Communication was easy, and property was as-described.Would recommend for a couple looking to be close to all key areas!

Good location, not the greatest host

The bikes were difficult to find - there was no identifying feature on them so we had to try the code on a few different locks in the parking lot rack behind the inn to find them, which was tedious. We had a HUGE ISSUE with beach access - the instructions were clear on the stay notes, and we followed them accordingly with the wristbands and all - but one of the security guards at the beach entrance denied us entry several times despite contradicting information from the stay host that we were accessing the beach correctly. This problem wasn’t fixed until the last full day of our stay, so we had no beach access the majority of our booking. That being said the beach was beautiful, white sand and plenty of good restaurants within bike/walking distance. Communication from the host was ABHORRENT. Had to wait 3.5 days for a response on the beach access issue - left multiple messages, 2 missed calls and a voicemail - only to be told that we were doing something wrong with accessing the beach when in fact it was found to be an ill-educated security guard. Rosemary Beach is great and for the price point and distance from everything it was a good find, but likely will never be booking here again.

Perfect Getaway

My boyfriend and I had the best time staying at the ‘Nestled Inn’! The 2 included bikes were a necessity and an incredible perk! The walk to the beach was a breeze, and the property looked exactly like it did in the pictures. I highly recommend staying here with your spouse or partner!

Pros: Great location!!! Convenient to all local restaurants, shopping and beach access. The bikes were great. Large pool to comfortably accommodate guests. Laundry facility close to the unit and everything is well marked. Cons: Could’ve been cleaner, very This unit is right next to the trash room so be prepared to hear lots of talking and a door opening and closing. It’s also surrounded by parking and the entrance so there’s no privacy. The pool was dirty. Beach for this condo is compact and if you go into another buildings area, they are quick to let you know that it’s not your area. So we drove to public beach access every day. Please read the information provided on VRBO! I made the mistake of not reading all the little details. No stove top and the room is very very small.

Only Con Was Beach Access

We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest Inn. You’re in a perfect location, surrounded by many shops & restaurants for your stay. The bikes were a MUST! We used them the entire trip & had no need for a rental. The only “con” about our trip would be the beach access that this condo has access to. Seacrest Beach is entirely too crowded. The beach is sectioned in zones so that you do not trespass on private property. People were elbow to elbow on Seacrest Beach. You have absolutely no privacy. A huge part of the issue is that Dolce Rentals takes up majority of the beach & leaves the public with the smallest amount of beach space. We witnessed many people walk out to the beach, then walk right back up simply because there was NO room for their family. It’s so sad. If you’re wanting a front row spot, better be down at the beach at 5 AM! Otherwise, I would have given the condo 5 stars.
