Just steps from the beach, this cozy condo is a great spot for your dreamy family or couple's beach getaway. This getaway boasts access to a sparkling shared pool and patio area with grills so some of your guests can enjoy swimming while others are grilling up some juicy steaks. Light-colored walls, bright accents, tile floors, and contemporary furnishings defy the typical beach house connotation. Save a little cash and enjoy healthier meals with the full kitchen. Ocean hues in the blue walls and beige tile countertops will make meal prep a joy. And, seeing as this kitchen comes with all the major appliances, as well as a microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker, all you will need to bring is the food! Two high-back barstools are set up at the kitchen bar and a cozy bistro table for two sits between the kitchen and living room so everyone will have a place to eat home-cooked meals. No doubt after a long day on the beach, you'll long for a place to relax and lounge. The ivory leather sofa in the living room is just the ticket! Toss a movie into the DVD player attached to the flatscreen TV, or upload pictures from your perfect beach day using the provided Internet. Just off the living room, through the sliding glass door, is a balcony with stunning Gulf views! Bring your cards outside to sit and play while taking in the vistas and fresh ocean breeze, or sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the horizon.

As part of the lovely Nautical Watch Resort, you'll enjoy a quiet, serene getaway without the high-rise overcrowding. The private beach access means you can walk down to the beach to play any time of day. Plus, you're just a few miles to all the fun attractions and tasty restaurants in Panama City Beach proper. Delicious eateries, a hopping nightlife, and thrilling attractions can be found just a few miles away from this condo. Club La Vela is just over two miles away and is said to be one of the best nightclubs in all of Florida. Angelo's Steakhouse is three miles away and Ripley's Believe It or Not! as well as Wonderworks are close by as well. Panama City Beach's boardwalk, Pier Park, is just under nine miles from your door and offers everything from souvenir shops to carnival rides and food.

It had some minor damage to it but we really enjoyed our stay here and loved the veiw!!!! It was very close to the beach. The only downside was during our week stay they changed the gate code to the beach and we were not informed so it took about a full day to get that fixed but other than that it was lovely!!

The apartment need some updates, some furniture is old, bedrrom carpet needs to be replaced. To be fair, we could see several things did get updated. But the view from the balcony is so beautiful that we did not care for the lack of updates.

Clean and comfy condo for couple or small family with direct beach view, easy first floor access as well as the beach itself. Only issue was getting the digital door lock to work upon arrival even with guest support trying to assist. Some mix-up with code info-condo name, but eventually resolved.

Property was not clean. There was poop in the toilet and trash on the floor. The shower curtain was way to big and the wall by the shower looked like it might fall at any time. Tried calling someone to come clean. After 3.5 hours of wasted vacation time, I had to go get something myself and do the cleaning.

We had a great time, we enjoyed ourselves! We love that it’s not too busy there, and just love being right next to the ocean and being able to walk back to the room without carrying a key. The only problem we had, was that they forgot to leave our parking pass, but we did not get towed away, so it was OK. And we did not have any toilet paper when we got there. But other than that everything was great I am sure we will be back!

I don't plan on coming back. The property manager did not call me informing me of this but stated that she had recently learned. No attempt to provide partial reimbursement was made for allowing contractors to come into the condo, taping things down, moving all of my belongings into the bedroom. When asked about it the most that could be said was that they didn't know the owner was going to do that though they knew someone was staying there. Also, I was told to use the deadbolt in case someone comes back. I will never come back and dont recommend it to anyone.

Overall it was the best!! The price was amazing and so was the location! We will def plan to return to this unit!! If I’m gonna nit pick, this unit needs a new microwave. We just brought breakfast stuff that we could just throw in the microwave to be quick but this one doesn’t turn and the door was hard to open. Also, showering with a 4 year old was kinda difficult. Water pressure could have been better and we like those shower heads that you can take down/hand held..? I was also nervous with my 4yr old and a glass coffee table.. But like I said, I’m just nit picking! We loved it here!! We are used to a ceiling fan in the bedroom and didn’t realize there’s a box fan in the bedroom closet until our last night here. Haha. We just got a tall chair from kitchen to set it on! Oh and from reading previous reviews, the sleeper sofa needed to be replaced and they have done that! There’s a new sleeer sofa! The mattress in the bedroom is kinda noisy.. overall I’m still gonna give it 5 stars bc we loved it!!!

I would stay here again and again! Great view of the ocean from the back patio and easy beach access. The room was the perfect size and we loved the little kitchen for the meals we had in the room.

I absolutely loved the room. Kitchen fully equipped, brand new sofa bed, right on the beach, and was a peaceful stay. The only bad thing was the back sliding glass door did stick. Very hard to get closed and was unable to lock it. We had some trouble trying to figure out how to work the t.v. so we gave management a call and they were quick to come show us how to use it. It is a distance from the main Pier but for the price its very well worth it.

Only suggestion for improvement would be a more comfortable bed. Had lots of trouble sleeping. Other than that, we absolutely LOVED our stay! We want to come back next year!

This property is great. There are a few minor things that need repaired. The sliding glass door sticks really bad, and the pull out sofa bed isn’t comfortable at all. The kids ended up making a pallet on the floor in the bedroom and slept there. The grounds and pool area is well kept. We would return but would take a blow up mattress. Truly enjoyed our vacation and hate to leave. :(

The condo was very clean and nice. It was perfect for our small family of 4. It is right next to the path out to the beach, which was awesome! Usually the air conditioning at the beach is hard to keep cool, but it was GREAT! The only complaint we had was that the couch bed is not comfortable at all, not many couch beds are, but you could feel the bars. Maybe ok for very small children, but not an adult or older child. We would rent again.

Let me start by saying that Robin and Nick went above & beyond to resolve our internet issues...Robin even followed up on her only day off. They definitely stepped up as management to ensure a pleasant stay for us. However, the inadequate conditions we walked into was beyond their ability to help. *Black mold on shower curtain liner. Overall, the bathroom needs immediate attention...shower curtain, rust & mold on sink faucet, paint, chipped toilet seat, dirty baseboards​. *Bedroom carpet was appalling. It was filthy. I did spray it with Lysol and attempted to vacuum. However, the vacuum did not pick up any of the sediment or sand still embedded into the carpet. I assume the vacuum was not working. My wife would not walk on the carpet unless she had on shoes. The chair cushion in the bedroom was filthy and stained. We put a large beach towel over the chair to cover. The comforter and curtains appeared very old & worn. *The door and floor mats all need to be replaced. They are ripped and very dirty. I'm not sure if the inside mats are even washed. My wife removed them and put them outside on the balcony. We anticipated an older property when we booked with Home Away especially with the listed price. We never expected the conditions we walked into. I'm very surprised Home Away would allow a property in dire need of updating to be listed on their site. We have used Home Away and other similar sites in the past and have stayed at older properties. They have always been updated & refreshed. It's not always about price. It's possible to still be affordable and look clean and updated. At this point we are very leary about booking again with Home Away. I really can't tell you their criteria when they list properties. It certainly seems to me that Uber and their cars are under more scrunity. Again,. I would like to thank Robin and Nick for their willingness to help. Very disappointing vacation.

The room was nice and in a nice location but the housekeeping is terrible. We had to wear shoes constantly on the tile because it was so dirty. The Cable in the bedroom only picked up a few channels but the living room tv was fine. After several calls and it couldn't be corrected. I swapped the living room cable box to the bedroom and it work so apparently, you have a bad box in the bedroom. I put the box back in the living room before I left. But that was fine to watch TV in the bedroom because it got old putting on shoes every time we walked off the carpet. I guess my conclusion is, you might want to get the cable company to give you a new box and find a new cleaning service.

Great place for the 2 of us. Comfortable bed, little nicetiee provided, even dishwasher soap, laundry soap , We would rent here again. But, there was no working internet, which we had expected to use for work.. Great view with a patio for watching sunsets.

Great for price. If you want a relaxing, laid back place in a relaxing part of the beach, this is a good place for you. Nice well kept pool and courtyard area. Not all the amenities of the large high dollar complexies AND does not have the hustle bustle, aggravation, frustration and expense often associated with those places.
