We had the best stay. The room has a beautiful view from the living room and master suite. The unit was super clean and so very comfortable. Highly recommend this unit. WaterCrest is one of our favorite places on the beach!!!

Watercrest Unit 1103

My daughter and her 3 children (aged 13, 21 and 27) stayed at the condo for a 4-day stay. It was fantastic and the views were incredible! Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fabulous sunsets. Kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the pool and friendly guests and staff. Definitely a weekend we will cherish and plan to do again next year. Thank you for a lovely place that our family truly enjoyed. Highly recommend!

Awesome View

Loved the condo and the view was amazing! We had the outer bands and tail of hurricane Ida over us a couple of days but we still had an awesome time with family! Condo was comfortable and clean and decorated nicely. Plenty of dishes in kitchen. Bathrooms had plenty of nice fluffy towels and there was hand soap, t. tissue, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, dawn and other items. Was very pleased and would stay here again.

Great unit!

Great communication with the rental agency- we even got early check in. We love the property and location and have stayed in several different units over the years and this is our favorite- very updated and open. The automatic blinds in the master are awesome as are the new sliders to the patio. There was still some construction which is understandable but we do with we’d been made aware before we arrived (same with a boil water situation). Couple suggestions, a bigger kitchen trashcan and an upgrade of the coffee pot. Overall we were very pleased.

Family Vacation on the Gulf

The property is in a great location with beautiful views and very spacious, the master bedroom has a wall of windows floor to ceiling. Comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen and lots of space for everyone on the wrap around reclining couch. We really enjoyed relaxing on the bacony after a day at the beach in the zero gravity reclining chairs.

Great Condo

Took my family to the beach the week of July 4th. The condo was ready a few hours early for check in. It was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The view/balcony was amazing and we hated to leave it. The property overall was great. The pool was nice and cleaned daily. I was very pleased with our condo and the property itself. I would recommend to anyone.

It Truly Is As Good As It Gets

We were allowed to check in earlier than required by the manager since we arrived there sooner than check in time. That was so nice. The unit was super clean & so cool. It is so luxurious. It looked exactly as the photos. Even much better in person. I love the amount of floor to ceiling windows. Great views of the ocean. The bed in master was comfortable. The master bath glass walk in shower was nice. Very spacious unit. Large kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We plan to rent again in the future. Beautiful condo.

A Needed Vacation - A Bit Disappointed

This review is created one week after leaving the property, prompted primarily by a lack of follow up/customer service of the Emerald Beach Properties. First attempt to connect was right before checking out - had to call back hours later to make sure they knew we had vacated. The condo is beautiful, needed some cleaning upon arrival and the building shows wear. Upon arrival, we spent the first evening enjoying the beautiful views and went to dinner. When about to retire for the evening, went into the Master Suite to close the screens; unfortunately the screen remote didn’t work on either window. The next morning dawn came awfully early (about 5:15 AM), awaking us both. I called the office to send someone to come by to repair the problem. Two maintenance men came who were very nice/polite. They got the shades to cover the windows by pulling them down manually. About an hour later we heard a crash as the entire screen on the larger window fell onto the ground, scaring the heck out of my wife causing her to jump. She has several major health conditions. The maintenance guys came back and after a couple trips set up 3 clips on each site to hold the shade for the main window (which remained until we left). We could not see the beauty of the view from either window during the rest of the 7 night stay. The smaller window remain covered as well. According to one of those men, later confirmed by the office, this has been a problem with the condo for several guests before we arrived. The office told us there was an order placed for a new motor, but it would take days to happen - that never occurred. We found the shower liner was torn in the 2nd bathroom. I told the office - but no response on this either. An embarrassment, since friends came to stay the last few nights. While a small item – it would be nice to invest about $20 to acquire a new coffee maker – the heating surface literally turned my stomach each morning. We went on vacation and like anyone else, wanted it to be a time of relaxation, not spending hours calling and dealing with maintenance, never mind not seeing the beauty of the water/beach. We left Saturday at 8:21 AM. I sent a text, but never heard back. I called back hours later. Customer service, including attitude is lacking,. Sent an email a week ago to the management, yet received no response. Too bad!

What A View

This place was stunning and comfortable. We stayed here at Christmas and enjoyed crashing at the end of the night on the comfortable sofa while watching Christmas movies (and the ocean). Sound of the waves was amazing and the patio was perfect. Beach was lovely and felt private that time of year. Loved seeing the ocean and the patio from the master bedroom too. Had to call for an access code when we arrived as my code didn't work and staff was so helpful and attentive. Would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

Really doesn't get any better

Everything was perfect. Condo is lovely and spotless! Beach was pristine. Loved being able to lie in bed and see the sun rise. Comfortable bed with the softest sheets ever. The property is at the far east end of PCB, so not as crowded (not as active either, but that was fine with us). Hot Tub has been out of service since March due to Covid. That would have been nice to know ahead of time, but otherwise, the facility is great. The listing is 100% accurate. Everything was just as it appears in the posting. We will DEFINITELY be back.

This place was amazing!! We will definitely be back. The views were stunning and weather was perfect. It felt like home away from home. Perfectly decorated. It was equipped with everything we needed and easy access to the pool and beach. Communication was extremely friendly and easy. The best part is my children had a wonderful vacation! Best fall break ever! *My only suggestion is it may need a rug in the main area and maybe a runner of some sort from the shower to the door. The floors were a bit slick.

Great location and easy to find. The condo was in great shape. Excellent views and everyone was perfectly polite. Can't complain really about any of it. If you end up with a rain day at the beach, spending it indoors or on the balcony is easy at this condo. there's plenty of room, and plenty of view to enjoy. Parking is easy. finding the room was easy. NOT ONCE did we hear any noise from neighbors above or below. If you like quiet when you are indoors, this is a good place to stay. it was a little pricey for my taste but if you want to ensure you have a pleasant experience at a popular place, you have to spend the money. now, if you plan to stay here, remember to bring essential things with you. While you will find enough toiletries and paper towels to get past day one or two, you may run out quickly if there's more than two of you. Same for dish soap and laundry detergent. Publix will deliver to this location which made it easy to replenish without interrupting our trip too much. There are plenty of towels and washcloths, just no beach towels.
