The Boardwalk Beach Resort has everything you could want in a vacation rental. The pools are very kid friendly, the beach is just steps away, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The condo is well stocked and very comfortable. We are already planning our spring break trip back here for next year.

Property was roomy enough for the 8 of us. The master bedroom had a super comfy mattress which gave me the best sleep I’ve had in a while. It was a very nice clean place.

Loved the parrot head and the Broadway! Will stay again. Location was great! No issues with pool, kids loved the kiddie pool. Need a few more glasses and silverware but we made it work.

Nice, large condos with great family atmosphere. Convenient to shopping and attractions. Full service condos with nice pools. However, this particular condo didn't seem as clean as the others we have stayed in. The floors seemed to be in need of mopping.

Facility & condo was spectacular as far as cleanliness. The hot tubs were not working when we were there. The deadbolt on the front door was broken, someone actually came in our last night -said they were there to clean thought we left. Beds we’re comfortable and spacious. The view was stunning from the balcony and beach is right there.

We had a blast! The only miscommunication was about the fitness center. Host responded yes part of room access. The management company said no. I called a property management company, number given to me by next door Boardwalk Hotel, and they gave us a code for access. That was easy, wonder why our management company didn’t offer?

Stay started off rocky, keypad didn't work maintenance had to bring a key and took 2 days to replace keypad. Once inside we found two roaches in the sink. We called maintenance but nothing was done about it. Lots of rules to follow, we were continually reading the information sheet left in the condo. The view was great and location was great. Overall we had a great time just some minor inconveniences at the start.

The condo was spacious enough to accommodate our party,just as advertised. We had several issues that otherwise could have made it a much more enjoyable stay. There was an issue with the door handle as soon as I tried closing the door as we were brining our luggage in. The kitchen utensils were in horrible shape, the right eye on the stove didn't work properly. The unit had not been adequately cleaned and there was a tile on the trim as you enter the bathroom area that came loose. The shower nozzle also needed to be replaced. We like the location and the room was spacious enough to accommodate our group, but there really should be more attention paid to the maintenance and housekeeping of the unit.

We like to eat out but with 12 people it’s hard to please everyone with every meal of the day. The supply of dishes and silverware was terrible. There should be a lot of updates done. On the other hand, the dryer broke and we received a brand new one 👍.

Our family of 5 adults, a 2 year old and an 8 month old spent the week here. It was spacious enough for everyone to feel relaxed and not cramped. The living room furniture and dining room set were different than pictured, but still had plenty of seating. We did have a couple of issues, but I reached out to Hannah and she got most of them taken care of! I'm used to a bit more kitchen supplies (pots, pans, etc) being provided, but we managed with what there was. They did have a pack-n-play (actually there were 2 of them!) which was great for my younger grandson, and upon my request they provided a high chair! With babies there's always so much you have to pack, it was wonderful not having to lug 2 more things along! We ABSOLUTELY loved the zero entry pool!!! We have a daughter who has mobility issues and that pool made it easily accessible for her to join the rest of us! It was really nice to have parking right there at the condo, not across the street. Getting a parking spot was never an issue. The elevators (there are 5 of them!) were always fast and there was hardly ever a wait. Definitely on our list of places to return to. 😊 Unfortunately, we didn't have the best weather during our stay (only 2 non-rainy days 😒), but as they say, a rainy day at the beach is better than a day at work anytime!

Everything was as described. Amazing place and everything was always clean. I seen other reviews complaining about sand in the floor and we found no such issue. There was also a broom so we ended up sweeping when we carried in sand. Can’t wait to stay again!

Very easy to locate, property just as described, amazing views. Any issues were addresses very fast. The front door could definalty be replaced but past the door... gorgeous would definaly stay again. 🤩😍
