This listing is not as described. Unit was gross—had filthy floors when we arrived, towels smelled (all laundry we did while there smelled like mildew, the washing machine just always smells like that on the interior), and there was even toothpaste splatters on the furniture by the sink in the master bath. The kitchen is barely stocked and what is there is dirty with leftover food particles on them. Chairs are all blown out and extremely uncomfortable, dirty, and rusted. Patio is not as advertised, rather some cheap, stained chairs with the remains of the lovely set pictured. The unit had broken things like door hinges of the wardrobe, the dishwasher pod holder, and the closet doors in the guest room kept coming off the track. The tvs aren’t smart TVs and the one in the master stops working with image and sound jumping/skipping after 10 min of use. This unit is on the ninth floor and neither of the balcony doors lock!! There is a huge mold growth in the master shower on top of all this. When I communicated these grievances to the host, all they did was say they’d have maintenance/housekeeping address these issues over and over instead of communicating authentic sympathy or immediate effective action.
