Perfect Beach Getaway

We came here for a much needed getaway! The location was perfect, as it was away from the main parts of town for peace and quiet, yet close enough to get go out for dinner and get supplies. Highly recommend this place!! Very clean and very furnished for all our vacation needs! We will be back!

An anniversary celebration

Relaxing, nice unit

Loved the lounge chairs with big umbrellas that are on the sand, included as an amenity. Spent several hours at the beach.

Clean Condo

Clean condo. King size matter was terrible and needs replace. I was not notified of a repair needed for the dryer for someone pounded on our door and for all I knew they could have been a robber. The dryer was never fixed trying 3 days in a row so we didn't get to clean our clothes.

Beach Getaway

This property was perfect for our family of four. We were able to cook all our meals in the condo and overlook the beautiful ocean while eating our meals. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. If we had room in our car we would have brought extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags for the week long stay, but we did purchase extra at the grocery store. The beach was amazing. The water was crystal clear and the beach service was a definite added bonus. It would have been nice to have a front row reserved for the entire stay. It we were able to get second row which was still nice. Overall this was an awesome trip for our family. The unit was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the beach was fun. Will definitely look to stay here again.

Good Home Away from Home

New paint job of walls and doors…very nice and clean looking. Master Bathtub drain is stopped up so that water collects when you shower, a lot YUK. In other shower the drain lid is not secured, flips off when showering and it would be easy to step in open hole and turn ankle or slip. Lots of Dust bunnies on bedroom drapes along bottom and ceiling. The tile floors need a deep steam cleaning…dirty. Everything else looked cleaned. Please do not publish. This is just to let owners/property manager know what is going on.

Excellent Location

First I will start off with all the Pro's. I love how easy the parking garage was upon arrival. We went straight to the 3rd level. Carts were available to easily get our luggage to our room. Not a far walk at all to the elevators. Went up 1 floor, and our room was a few steps from the elevator. We never had any type of wait for an elevator the whole trip. Super easy to get to the 1st floor, straight out to the pool, and a very easy walk straight to the beach. Loved that the resort and beach wasn't over packed. Right next door to Schooner's. Walked right over to eat or get frozen drinks. Now the room was pretty clean, had a lot of the thing's you would need when you first get there, which is very helpful. Could use some new pots and pans for sure. Definitely on the smaller side for 6 people. The reason for the 4 stars is the furniture was terrible. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable, as were the bunk bed's, and couch. Found so much mold in the front load washer around the door. Would recommend new matress's, and a new couch. Also both the front door, and back sliding door were very difficult to open and close, as we had children, and older adults. Overall, would definitely stay again, just for convenience!

I was shocked at how clean and nice the room was! Beautiful balcony view of the ocean! The beach access is almost unbeatable with chair rentals right there, except the room came with a set, which was a pleasant surprise!!! Check in and out was easy! Will definitely be back !

The place is quite dated in decor (like 90's era) - luckily we were only their briefly and did not entertain in the condo. These was not a lot of silver ware and all the glasses were plastic, even the wine glasses. There was only 1 blanket in the unit besides the thin bed spread. Since we had to use that blanket on the sofa bed, I used a beach towel over the sheet and bedspread. Of course, we went during a cold snap in March. I am not saying that I would not return and stay in this unit, just that I was not impressed. Maintenance was very quick and helpful. We had an issue with the master TV. Once I called, they had someone up within an hour and it was quickly repaired.
