I had a terrible experience with the property management company. The listing is a duplex which is no problem as long as there is seperation and privacy but in this case there was an interior door connecting the units and it was open. We notified Vacasa and they promised to tale care of it that day or early next morning assuring us that no guests would check in upstairs until the following day. We hung around the following day to see if someone was coming to lock the door no one came so i called again they apologize and guaranteed to take care of it before 4 and that we could go enjoy the day. I left my family at the beach and went back to the house at 5 to find that it was not taken care off. I called again and was told someone called me when that morning and they had no recollection of the call i made that morning. And they told me it wouldn’t be fixed till the next day. And all of the sudden there were no guest checking in upstairs. We lost precious time of our vacation and we were lied to by property management. It’s unacceptable to not take a safety concern seriously
