Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed this condo very much! While I missed staying in Tower 1 this condo was very nice, clean and served its purpose! We would stay in it again!

Clean and Comfy

The condo was clean. It appears to have had recent updates. The beds are comfortable. Excellent view of the beach. The Edgewater Beach Resort is centrally located and has lots of extra amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was just what we needed. The kitchen had everything you needed minus salt although that was an easy fix by just running to the store. We cooked breakfast and lunch daily with a few dinners also being served on nights we wanted to stay in. I loved the coffee maker provided as I would sit each morning on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The pool was incredible and has gazebos for you to rent which were nice. We didn’t rent them on our stay but saw others that did. With us coming the week of Labor Day the beach was pretty much empty. We saw dolphins every morning jumping right outside the condo which was so cool to witness. We highly enjoyed our stay at Edgewater and will be back.

Great location needs and update

Overall it was a good stay. Great location for what we were there for and lots of pools and things to do. I would say it could be cleaner and the layout of the condo is a little odd. If you like to sleep in, I'd say forget that as the sun comes through on the bedroom side and there is a dumpster right below your window that gets dumped every morning around 6:30-7 p.m. Some of the kitchen items need updated - burnt ruined pots and the coffee maker went out while we were there. Overall its a great location, just needs a facelift.

Short trip for a wedding

We truly enjoyed this resort and all of its amenities. The outdoor pool in front of this tower is heated so we could enjoy swimming even though it was November. Location was central to everything and we loved how quiet this time of year was. The only small complaint that I have is that the condo wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I traveled with a newborn so my standards were a bit higher than usual. The couch had a few stains on them and the tub in the master had unknown crusty white stuff around the jets. I was disappointed as I had brought my infant tub insert to bathe my baby but didn’t feel comfortable filling up this tub for use. Also, there were french fries under the kitchen table from someone who stayed before us so it made me question how thoroughly cleaned the condo actually was. All things considered, I still enjoyed my stay.

Family Friendly Condo

Great family condo. Has everything you need to eat (dishes, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, and stove, dishwasher, and sponge) at the condo with enough room to spread out. Air conditioning worked well. Beautiful view, clear directions on what to do and what not to do. Very organized and user friendly. Elevators, swimming pools, and hot tub were all working properly. The pool and hot tub at Tower 2 were great. Easy access to beach, a good amount of parking, as well as being close to grocery stores and restaurants. Cons: The vacuum didn't work well enough to pick up things that were already in need of being vacuumed and the seams needed dusted more, but overall it was clean. Also no ceiling fans or fans in property, thankfully we had our own and no lights overhead in bedrooms (but there are lamps). Security person at main pool wanted them to sit in the pool and not move, but didn't have that problem at Tower 2 pool. There was also a neighbor that I am pretty sure chain smoked, so we could not sit on the balcony, however before that person arrived we were able to.
