Really enjoyed our two weeks! Condo is nicely decorated with lots of storage area. Kitchen well equipped. Beautiful view from the balcony. Shopping and some dining within walking distance. Definitely considering this condo for our next stay!

The condo was excellent and is beatifully decorated. The condo was very roomy and actually had a stocked kitchen and room to put items in a pantry. The complex is small so the elevator wait time was minimal ( also out of peak season) so that was nice. The parking spot is right below the building and mames loading and unloading easy. The porch had an incredible view, would highly recommend this condo.

Great view of the ocean and lots of space. Loved staying in a corner unit with natural light and bedroom access to balcony. Well equipped with additional bedding. Quiet area and great location to several restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Would definitely recommend to my friends to stay. Will stay here again

The unit was beyond amazing. We had a staff of 10 and the unit accomodated everyone very comfortably. Could not.find a mop but everything was well in place.

We could not have been happier with the views, parking, area, & accommodations! The only issues we had were two of the TVs weren’t working and upon arriving we contacted property management and they said they would have someone reach out and come get those operational & they never did. They were in the two rooms our kids were staying in, so that was a bummer at night for them. Otherwise, it would have been an absolutely perfect stay!

Loved the condo and the building…exactly as described. The condo was well furnished, really spacious, had lots of bath towels (which was great for 5 women!), and had a beautiful view. It was really conveniently located and the walk to the beach was super easy even for elderly folks. My only suggestions would be to have more dish towels and the oven needs a good cleaning…very minor details. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean And very nicely decorated. Beach area was beautiful. Pool heater was not working at the time of our stay so really can’t say much about the pool too cold to go in. Also, if you go spring break, you are not allowed to have alcohol on the sandy beach. Overall, we had a great stay and really the pool coldness would be my only complaint, but the golf was warm enough to swim. Also, for the owner, a couple dimmers for the lights, they are awfully bright in the main living area

The property was perfect for my family of all ages. I took my 85 year old father who has mobility issues and my daughters family (ages infant, 8 years old, 9 years old, and daughter/son-in-law 30’s). We were very pleased with the ramp going onto the beach and the easy access from the handicapped ramp into the condo. The condo was beautiful and perfect for my family. We visited the dolphins at Gulf Water and then took a dolphin sunset tour. I found the prices to be very reasonable. It was an EXCELLENT vacation!

The condo was very nice! The problem I had was that the bathroom in master backed up and was unusable. A plumber was to come in Sat. But never showed up. There was backup in tub and shower. Only other suggestion I have is that there needs to be vacuum to pick up the sand!

We enjoyed our stay so much we made this an annual trip for the “Cousins”! Location is PERFECT! The unit was clean, spacious, cozy, comfortable and overall IDEAL! The property manager was quick to respond after both messages I sent. It was easy to check in and out (even though there are “50-11” codes to access the building/pool/unit/etc….. Parking was easily accessible in the building’s parking area (be SURE to hang the parking pass in the review mirror). Walmart is like a quarter mile down the street. The only thing I would recommend is that the units TOILET SEATS get replaced. They are aged and should be replaced. Looking forward to staying here next year when we return for our annual Cousins Getaway.

I love the place so much. It's very spacy, gorgeous with ameizing views. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is cleanliness. There was a lot of sand on each bed (Im really hoping that nobody slept there before me because it would be very disgusting). One bed even didn't have the linens. I found an extra one in the closet ( wrong size), and we use it. Also the floor was dirty as well. I tried to clean it by myself but the cleaning equipment was in bad condition. Also I don't like the chair service on the beach, because they pick it up very early. We try to use our own tent for kids, but they don't allow to put our own tent in front of their chairs even nobody used them. Overall, I love the place and location I would book it again. I hope that host will check my reviews and correct the cleaning service.

Would not book property again.If you plan to pay with a card,management charges a fee to pay remaining balance.This property is very much in need of a deep clean.Parking is not great.Info tells that there’s 1 space in the garage under the building,and a parking pass for another spot in the lot across the street,but signage for that lot is not very clear.If you’re coming from the condo building across to that lot there is no sign from that direction telling you which rows of parking spaces are permitted.Only 2 rows are permitted and a third is for something else.My sister was threatened to be towed within 30 minutes if she did not move from the row she was in to the next over.Lastly,my biggest issue-there is a door to one of the bedrooms(referred to in listing as efficiency suite)that has a locking keypad.One evening our babies were asleep in there with the door propped open using attached door stop. When the sliding door to back patio was opened the draft pulled the bedroom door shut. Apparently one of the kids turned the deadbolt earlier in the day so we were locked out.Called the after hours”emergency line” for emerald coast to obtain door code that WASN’T provided to us, and no answer.Finally got a text from a different # an hour and a half later with a code.By that time we had been able to yell loud enough to wake our 6 year old to open the door.Thank God there wasn’t a fire or other true emergency,and that one child was of age to understand us and open a heavy door.

This place was huge and very nice to stay in. No real complaints except when we got there early and ran into the maintenence man he told us a toilet was needed a new handle that he would alert the owners to and get it fixed. No one ever came and my uncle had to buy a nee handle and replace it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the condo, the size of the condo, and all aspects of the stay. The only complaints we have are two of the TVs didn’t work, even though someone came to our room to fix the lock on the main condo door while they were there we asked about the TVs and they were unable to fix them and never came back or sent someone else like we were told. The only other complaint we had was that one of the bunk beds linens looked to be soiled with urine from a previous renter, making me wonder how often the bedding is actually washed/cleaned. Otherwise we loved all aspects. I liked the size of the condominium with it being a smaller building compared to others in the area and we never had to wait on an elevator. The reserved parking was very nice. As well as the 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella that came with the room with free set up! Over all a nice condo and I liked the 3 king option in 3 of the 4 rooms for couples.
