the Marisol is a smaller building 47 condos total and is family oriented and right on the beach. Our condo was 4 bedroom and slept 10 easy. The staff was great, no waiting on elevators and came with 2 sets of beach chairs. We will be back.

PCB Marisol review

The location and beach are fantastic. The condo is in an older building, but it is well-maintained and in good condition. However, the unit we stayed in needs some upkeep in all rooms, especially the bathroom, and overall it should be updated to match the great location. I would consider staying in the building again, but not in the same unit.

We love this place!

This is our 3rd time renting from the unit specifically. We loved it so much, our family rented other condos in the Marisol to be with us. The small unit, not busy, private parking, location, cleanliness, overall family atmosphere is perfect. About to book out 4th time now!!

Perfection

The condo was awesome! Exactly as listed, location is perfect and when they say it is quiet and private and not a million people running up and down the elevator, they mean it! We saw one other group at the condos while we were there. The beach chairs were also incredibly thoughtful and really made the beach time more fun. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the space was awesome! We never felt crowded in our group of 9!

Great Family Getaway

Thia place had everything we needed to spend a week at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the common areas were big enough to accommodate a family of 13 people. All of the adults had their own private rooms and we were able to concentrate on just spending time with our family on the beach. We will definately look for this property next year for our annual family vacations.

This condo was very spacious and clean. Check in process was super easy with great communication. Perfect location in PCB! Right on the beach with a perfect view and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay again!!

Great condo for a beach trip for my daughter Senior trip

Great condo for a group celebrating highschool graduation. We had four adults and six 18 to 20 year olds on the trip. The condo had lots of space, was very clean and good access to the beach. It was a great trip.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was absolutely perfect for us. We had three families for a total of 10 people and our unit provided plenty of space for us all. The rooms were spacious and the ocean view from the balcony was perfect for watching the ocean and the sunset. We definitely plan on making this trip again and would love to get the same unit.

It was ok

It was a nice unit, however there were some issues. I’m 100% positive the cleaners did as little as possible, place was a bit dirty. Broken bed in master, which the maintenance guys took care of promptly. The AC could not keep up with the daily warm up, even with curtains closed. We spent almost 1 full day without water due to a changing of a backflow valve to the building. The noise from the street was a bit much with reving of engines, loud music and people screaming until about midnight. For the size and price it was nice, but the other items not so much.

Great experience in PCB!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condominium. The location was excellent, very close to everywhere we wanted to go. Excellent views! The property was very clean and met our expectations. The extra large sectional sofa was a plus for our family. Beds were comfortable. The sliding doors from the bedrooms to outside were a little difficult to get open. Appliances were nice and new. The gym was a nice amenity, but the code only worked when it wanted to. The pool is mostly in the shade and not heated, so we didn’t get to get in. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Marisol condo

In a good location, right on the beach, which suited all of our needs. The condo needs some maintenance work and there were some cleanliness issues (bedspreads, box spring cover, stained furniture, kitchen equipment). We were missing bedspreads in 1 room, but management saw that we got them to us quickly. TVs did not work in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, or maybe we just could not figure them out. If you stay here be sure to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels if you are staying for any length of time. We had only 1 roll for each bathroom and 1 paper towel roll. The kitchen needs a few more supplies like pot holders and small spoons.

Good location

Everything was great. Very clean. The only thing negative would have to be the beds. The bed were definitely not sturdy. Just sitting on the bed, you had to be careful. The one bed near the balcony, had a unstable bed frame. The bunk beds were definitely wobbly. Probably upgrade to better beds and over all would be a 5 star.

Advertised as handicapped accessible but isn’t really.

The condo itself was very unclean. The building has an elevator and widened doorways but nothing else is accessible. Toilets are literally tucked in small rooms and there are huge lips out to the balcony. It isn’t handicap accessible.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very large and a great layout for our family. When we arrived, the weather was colder and rather windy. We had hoped there might be a few small blankets/throws in the closets for this type of weather, but there weren't any. You definitely need to bring supplies for the 1st day-not much provided for compared to other condos we stayed in. The balcony is wonderful with the stools and attached tables-beautiful view of the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Improvements needed for parking. 4 family's. 3 vehicles. You get 1 at the condo and 1 across the street. We paid for one parking space 2 blocks away $89. Need a step by step guide on how to operate TV.need to know how to adjust fans. Need more towels please. Other than those the Condo was clean, beautiful decor, easy access to beach, fabulous beach with wonderful beach company staff. The views from Condo and the beach were perfect. The building staff were excellent. I would rate 4.4 out of 5.
