Beautiful condo. Great location. The balcony was so beautiful having access to it from the bedroom and living room. We had everything we needed. New beautiful appliances. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Location

Everything from start to finish was very easy. Right next door to Pineapple Willys, great location close to almost everything. Beautiful view from the balcony! No complaints really, we didn't spend much time in the condo itself but we will definitely be back!

Little Paradise

My husband and I stay in the Compass Rose Penthouse for our Anniversary weekend gateway. Everything was prefect and well organized with providing parking passes and making sure we had a pool bands without dealing with guest services. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful for sunset/sunrise and it was true paradise with the ability of hearing the water crashing on the beach.

From start to finish

Only downfall was the 10:00 check out would have liked at least 11:00 to give more time to pack up and enjoy the views. Amazing views and condo, Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint but no complaints. Will be back and recommend to others.

Best of the Best

We’ve come to Sunbird Resorts Panama City Beach for the past 5 years, and last year, we booked Emerald Beach Properties.. We were so thoroughly impressed by the service, and most especially by the breathtaking view of the Gulf, that we booked it again this year. We weren’t let down! Same amazing service, but this year, all the construction from hurricane Michael’s wrath was completed and Sunbird shined like the jewel we knew she was!

Not enough parking too hard to have people visit and relax feels like you're in prison with guards and and wrist bands and codes. Poorly equipped kitchen furniture in bad shape.

Comfortable at a reasonable price

First of all, yes the apartment could use a fresh coat of paint. Yes, it's "dated" and could use some modernization. If you require an ultra modern, state of the art complex surrounded by luxury then maybe the Sunbird is not for you. However, if you want a place that is clean, quiet, has a very comfortable bed, a range that keeps food hot, a fridge that keeps the milk cold, a freezer that keeps the ice cubes frozen, a hot shower, thick towels that is right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops that won't break the bank then this is the place for you.

Loved it!

Was in love with the views as soon as we walked in! Balcony was perfect. Bed was clean and we slept pretty good. Found better pillows in the closet and a fan was there for us also! I felt the huge room darkening curtains were a lil much and very dated. I pushed them as far off the windows as possible to get as much view of ocean as possible and it was fine. We booked during construction and they weren't kiddung! No naps to be had but i would still do it again! I napped on the private beach, which was very well patrolled. The location was great! We did 3 boat tours and sea screamer was our favorite, minutes from condo. I do wish Sunbird allowed golf carts on property but only 1 parking space per condo so i understand... The bathroom was small but served the purpose and shower had great pressure and nice hot water. Overall we loved our stay and would come back!

Sandy floors & squeaky bed

When we arrived and took off our shoes, the tile floors felt sandy. I thought that maybe we'd brought sand in with us but we hadn't been down to the beach yet and we left our shoes at the door. The balcony is apparently where the sand was coming from. No matter how many times I swept, it still felt sandy. The husband said "what do you expect, we're at the beach?" The other thing was the bed. No matter how many times you try not to move, it kept squeaking. That had to have been the most annoying thing at night when you are trying to get comfortable and settled in for the night. Other than that, the view was awesome and the sand was white like snow. Don't forget to bring your sunglasses.

AMAZING VIEWS

The minute you walk into the unit, the view takes your breathe away. Furniture is outdated by still comfortable. Bed seems new and very firm. We were there to relax and watch the ocean. This unit and our vacation did just that.
