We enjoyed the Edgewater Beach Resort! Judy was a great host to work with. She communicated and responded to all questions. We loved the views and condo was large enough for our family our youngest loved the bunk room.

Overall stay was great. There was an Ironman at the complex so parking was a little tricky, but it was fun to watch the race from the balcony. Pools were great, beach was easily accessible.

Our family had the best time at the “Beach Place”. Judy was wonderful to work with and let us check in early! The condo was perfect, my kids loved the bunk room. There were beach toys, umbrella, and chairs in the room for us to use - perfect for us coming from out of town. Everything was so fresh & clean. We loved being in the quieter tower 2.

Awesome place to stay! Very open inside, very clean, conveniently located close to the elevators. Check in was simple and owner was very quick to respond to my questions (only had 2) . Highly recommend renting this place! I'll be back!

We were in the area for dance nationals again this year. This condo was soooo much better than the previous year. Clean ready on time and no issues with the condo or elevator. They could lose some furniture to give some extra space but overall a wonderful property!

We had a wonderful stay here. It has everything you can think of, all the beach toys and lots of kitchen gadgets! The resort is awesome for kids! Judy was an amazing communicator! Loved it!

We were looking for a place where we could enjoy the beach for a few days and this location did not disappoint. The ocean views top the list! Judy was a great host and was very responsive to anything we needed. The kids loved the little bunk room.

Judy is one if the sweetest hosts. We have vacationed at Edgewater for 25+ years and it has always been a positive experience. Property was as advertised and located near elevator (which can be good or bad). Comfy patio and Judy has the neatest little library if you forget to bring a book and enjoy reading.

Our stay was amazing! This condo helped make our Christmas wonderful. Judy was so helpful with anything we needed or any questions we had. This condo was very roomy and had everything we needed. I loved that it has 2 sitting areas. The kids were able to watch TV in one and us adults had a place to relax and listen to the waves. We slept really well every night because of how comfortable the beds were. I would definitely stay here again!
