Layout of condo, views and pool/beach/neighborhood all superb 5 star.Furniture, kitchen appliance and dishes all need a refresh. Refrigerator broke on 1st day there, cleaners didn’t leave basic supplies and refrigerator alarm went off after midnight 4 nights. Property manager not there first 3 days of stay and got better communication from him. We had to use refrigerator in condo next door, then a temporary one delivered last 2 days of stay.Pictures must be dated, as furniture really tired and stained.We used Dune 2 other times at WaterSound Crossing and never made a call to them. So, it was a surprise and general disappointment.We did have a great time, just a lot of flexibility required.

Absolutely The Best

It’s often hard to select a vacation place by just looking at small pictures on Vrbo. The pictures of this place were stunning and in person, it was even more so! Everything was great! The management company is incredibly organized and helpful! There are no negatives about this place at all. If the owners want to add one thing that would make it EVEN more perfect, they should add a golf cart! The HOA doesn’t allow you to bring in rental carts and driving around the shops and restaurants on 30A is much easier in a golf cart. There are bikes provided snd that’s wonderful just think access to a golf cart would be the cherry on top! Thanks so much for letting us stay and enjoy the beach so much!
