We had the best time staying here. Everything was better than expected! It is a beautiful home with a beautiful view! This home had lots of 'extras' from the coffee makers, kitchen utensils and appliances, beach chairs and toys, blankets and bath towels. It is also located perfectly to a lot of restaurants and shopping! I would definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Spot

This condo was truly the perfect location with a short walk into Rosemary and Alys for shopping and food. One of our favorite parts aside from the view was being able to utilize the wagon, beach chairs, and umbrellas provided with the unit. A lot of condos and homes in this area you have to rent beach service in order to have a prime spot on the beach but each morning we were able to be front row right out front while saving that added expense. The kitchen is equipped and the owners and management team were very well responsive. Our family would love to stay here again!

Finally found the one

My family and I have been going to the area since I was a young kid. I am now in my early 30s, married with a young toddler and we are still going to Destin/panama city/30A for our annual beach trip. We have stayed at multiple places over the years and it was unanimously decided that we no longer need to look elsewhere! This place is beautifully decorated, essentially on the beach, and in a great location- walkable to both Alys and Rosemary beach. The views on the balcony cannot be beat (something we have been missing renting out bigger houses in the area that were across the street). We opted to use the umbrella/chair rental but there were plenty of toys and beach chairs for use. The kitchen is very well stocked. There was plenty of space to spread out for 5 adults and a toddler in the shared spaces even on a rainy day when we mostly stayed inside. The condo is the perfect blend of a nicely decorated, spacious, and well appointed house with the amenities of a beachfront hotel. This place is wonderful- book it!

PERFECTION

SO LOVELY!! Very beautiful (but also comfortable!) decor, spotlessly clean, stunning ocean views, and everything we could ever need was provided at our fingertips. What a GEM!! Communication with owner and property mgmt was excellent. Have never used this word with a vacation rental before but it’s much deserved….*PERFECT!!!!* Thank you! Thank you! We loved it soooo very much!!

Beautiful condo

What a wonderful place!!! We loved the location right on the beach and also within walking distance to Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary!! The home was decorated beautifully and we definitely had everything we needed for our stay. The ONLY drawback to our vacation was the beach chair rental companies. We have three children and like to set up on the beach where we can watch them play in the ocean. Unfortunately the rental companies take up 3 rows of beach allowing only a small portion behind all the chairs for anyone else to set up. Other than that, this place is perfection!!

A magical experience

We had a wonderful stay at Loy and Linda’s rental property!! The location could not be more perfect, right in between Rosemary and Alys Beach. We were able to walk to many restaurants and shops. The view from this property is unmatched and the proximity to the beach is so convenient. We also enjoyed going to the pool which was right along the beach. Loy was very accommodating and responsive before and during our trip (as was the property manager during our stay). I cannot speak of this property highly enough!! The only suggestion I’d give to Loy is to provide beach towels - we had to scramble and get beach towels not knowing the property didn’t provide. We assumed they had them since they had their own beach chairs for us to use.. which was SO nice (saved us $900 for the week to not rent chairs!). Overall our family had a wonderful stay and already planning our next trip back to this magical place!

Amazing property! This was our second time staying here, and we love it so much! Check-in was easy, and the condo was beautiful, stocked with everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway. Our family of six (4 adults and 2 kids) had plenty of space, and the beach access was super convenient. One of the highlights was spotting dolphins right from the balcony! We’d definitely stay here again.

My college girlfriends and I spent 4 days at this condo and it was perfect! There are many beds/baths and you can't beat the view. It is absolutely beautiful! Great location for convenience of walking to shops and restaurants! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated condo with breathtaking views of the gulf. The living room is filled with natural views and sounds of the waves. The kitchen had all accessories needed from a wine cork to a nespresso machine.Location is within walking distance to both Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

A fabulous condo right on the beach!

The condo was gorgeous! It was clean and had plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well appointed and there was plenty of towels. We also appreciated the beach chairs. The only recommendations would be to offer beach towels and a starter kit of dish soap and laundry detergent. We loved the location. We had a really fun weekend!

Perfect stay

The location is just perfect. Ocean front balcony was amazing. We could hear the waves crashing all night. The condo was a very short walk to the beautiful city center. It was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you could need. The three bedroom were a great size and all of the on suite bathrooms were perfect for our family. Internet was fast for streaming movies and music. The Loy's communication with us was prompt and appreciated. The sunrises and sunsets from our balcony just can be beat. The stay was worth every penny. We would highly recommend and will stay here again.
