Carillon Beach Inn

The unit was very clean. The carillon Inn pool was cold even though they say it’s heated. The hot tubs were so dirty I could not believe they would not close them.

Quick Visit to See Grandkids

Very nice efficiency apartment. Nicely furnished and in very good condition with lovely view of small lake from the balcony. Owners and Management obviously well maintain the property. A little noisy in the morning, because of close proximity to busy route 98 and some odor, probably from algae on the lake, but otherwise very good value.

Great location!

Area is in the least congested area of PCB . Crossing over to the Inn can be aggravating during rush hours ( Owners have no control obviously just thought I’d let others know). Bed was comfortable. Condo is perfect for 2. Area seemed cute. Didn’t have the opportunity to visit any of the shops. Pool area was clean.

Very clean place. However the bed is right when you walk in the space. You can hear everything from the Highway at night. And we were given only one bath towel.

Great Stay!!

We usually rent an house each year but scheduled late this time and couldn’t stay a whole week. Everything was flawless and enjoyable. The only thing I would suggest is to have a basket of throw blankets. My child froze every night with nothing but basically a sheet. Also, remove the arch decor from behind the bed. It fell on our heads, lol.

Quick stay

We really liked the small community and the less crowded beach during this early summer visit. Condo was perfect for two people and pretty clean. It’s an older property but we enjoyed it. We did not spend a ton of time in the condo but we were locked out for over 4 hours after we grabbed some groceries across the street. The on call Vacasa team was less than helpful and not in a hurry to get us access back into the condo. They did state that they would contact us later which was via text. We ended up losing all the ice and a few food items since the coolers were in the room. We were fortunate enough to get in touch with Theresa and she handled it pretty quickly on her side.

Perfect condo in Carillon.

First of all, Carillon community is our new favorite spot. It was perfectly quiet and relaxing for our family but close enough to “the strip” for fun activities and restaurants. The Carillon Beach Inn room 402 was super clean and stocked with anything our family of 4 would have needed for our stay. We rented bikes and kid wagons to pull with the bikes for our short trek to the beach. If you didn’t have small kids with a tent, cooler, snacks, 800 toys, bags, etc. then you wouldn’t need the bikes or wagon to haul your stuff. The walk wouldn’t have been an issue if it were a couple or family with older kids. Bed and pull out couch were SO SOFT AND COMFY!! We enjoyed observing the lake from the balcony but didn’t have any mosquito issues from being near the lake water. I was concerned about that but it was never a problem. The restaurants in the community were closed for renovations it appeared but Our Little Beach Cafe was great. I don’t think we have anything negative to say… so we 10/10 recommend Carillon Beach Inn. We will be back.

Unfortunately we did not have a good welcome to our stay. As we got to the condo and got ready for bed we noticed that it was not cleaned properly. We had to vacuum and mop the floors and clean the bathroom since there was dirt and sand everywhere. I also had to end up going to Walmart to buy sheets because when we pulled down the sheets there was hair all in it and it looked like the bed had been slept in. We also noticed that someone had been in our condo. We made it aware to the lady at the Vacasa office and she was very helpful. She later called me back saying that someone from a previous stay reported the TVs were not working so someone went to fix it. However we wish we had a heads up. Other than that, this place is in a great location to an amazing uncrowded beach and the people in the community are so nice!
