Satisfactory, but could be better

Check in communication with Host and Check In Clerk was a bad experience with bands and parking pass not available when we arrived. Was threaten to be removed from property at one point due to amenities access because the host didn’t provide bands. Lost almost two days and was not offered any concessions. Room was fine, stay was good, could have been better.

Overall a great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo. It was clean and spacious for us and our 3 kids. We liked the resort. Having the multiple pools and restaurants in the resort was nice. And being able to walk to a lot of things was really great. The beach was crowded, but we expected that in June. The only issues we had were the dishwasher didn’t work, we didn’t mind to hand wash the little we used. We had to dry everything twice in the dryer. Once we knew it wasn’t a problem, just took a little longer. We could never get on the WiFi bc the password that was sent didn’t work. We weren’t in the room enough for it to matter much. Overall we had a great time and would definitely book here again.

PCB Spring Break Visit

The condo was clean upon arrival and exactly as described—nicely decorated, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the best features was the balcony, which offered a beautiful, relaxing view—perfect for morning coffee.However, the unit lacked extra linens—no blankets or sheets for the pullout sofa, and the comforters were thin and worn. I did reach out and some extra sheets were dropped off but no blankets. The condo complex didn’t match the quality of the unit itself. It’s very large with too few elevators, and a couple were out of service during our stay, leading to long waits and frustration. The walk to the beach was also odd with fencing on both sides. Felt like cattle in a chute. The surrounding area during Spring Break felt unsafe, with a heavy police presence and many unsupervised teens. While the condo owner isn’t at fault, the environment impacted our comfort and overall experience. We didn’t feel safe walking around after dark and stayed in most evenings.We enjoyed the condo, but wouldn’t return during Spring Break due to the area’s atmosphere.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were moved into this condo because 2 others were cancelled last minute. The location was ok for not being on the beach. The biggest problem was the wifi. Multiple calls an empty promises resulted in no wifi for 1he entire 16 days. That probably cost me more in lost income than the rental. The empty promises is unacceptable
