With radiant walls and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony, this resort condo is perfect for guests seeking a fun and relaxed holiday. Shared amenities include two pools (one seasonally heated), a hot tub, a fitness center, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor shower. But the best amenity of all (the gorgeous beach) is just steps away from the ground floor.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Beyond the beach, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

When we arrived there were empty water bottles and the bed was messed up and not linen changed. Food on counters and furniture was filthy and stained. Dryer lint catcher was broken and got tangled in clothes ruining them. No towels on premises had to go purchase them to bathe (only one towel left) sand on counters . Roaches as well.

Great condo, horrible service

The condo was in great condition but the lack of help was a zero on the star rating. We needed help from an actual person numerous times and this condo is lacking people. Not even a person at the front desk to answer your questions or get things you need like extra trash bags or pool codes for example.

Celadon Standards

Ten years ago Celadon was a great place to stay. It has steadily gone downhill and unfortunately they have dramatically lost the standards they once had. The wooden beach chairs are broken and lopsided. The beach area also needs attention. There are three elevators but 95% of the time only one works. While down at the beach or interacting with other guests, everyone of them had something negative to say about the rooms, from broken locks, to dirty rooms, refrigerators and icemakers not working properly...cupboard doors in the kitchen that can't be open and only one maintenance guy for the whole condominium. More than one person, including myself were highly disgusted about the furniture in their units. Nobody wants to see blood stains, bodily fluids or who knows what on the furniture, bed and pillows. Celadon used to warrant the cost to rent these condos but not anymore. Shame on Celadon and their property managers for letting this once great vacation spot go downhill so rapidly. Very disappointing.

A/C went out on our second day there. Room wasn't very clean. No management at the property. Security was very rude. Constant issues with the elevators.

Almost perfect

Great property and loved the view. Condo was payed out great with all the comforts of home. The only downside was communicating with the Property Mgmt (Vacasa). Listed had beach set up so we didn’t bother with chairs and umbrella, but when we got there was told it was not included. Reached out to VaCasa via text and email (x3), it has been 6 days into our stay and still no response. Everything was fantastic except for that!
