Great condo!

Outstanding family vacation

The condo was especially spacious for a family of three adults and three children. The kids were able to have plenty of room in the bunkbeds. And all the adults had their own bedroom. Plus an adjacent bathroom for each of the bedrooms was especially nice. The view was spectacular. The balcony and furniture allowed everyone a place to dine and relax. The pool was so nice as well. Enjoyec the beach in the morning and the pool afterwards. It was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable vacation for our family. Loved it!

Spring Break Get Away

The condo was everything that we could have asked for. Clean and ample space. Beds were comfortable. Only drawback was carrying all of our belongings upon arrival and leaving as there were no carts to utilize. It was a task!

Family beach trip

The condo was great enough room for a family of 7. Elevators need a lot of work. Everything was clean. The view was Amazing beach was great. Parking for 3 vehicles is not the greatest. We had to park 1 vehicle in public parking for a week . If you have more than 2 vehicles as we did than plan on parking a vehicle in public parking for the duration of your stay. It cost us an extra 85.00 to park for the week which wasn’t to bad. I would probably stay again

Early spring break trip!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was clean, as well as the balcony. The view was exactly what we needed, even when it rained we were still able to sit and enjoy. We will definitely be back! Note for traveling w/ handicap or elderly w/o wheelchair: We found it easier, and a slightly shorter distance for my mom to walk from the assigned parking space rather than the handicap spaces on P1. (Hope this helps someone).

Great place to stay

This is the best place that we have stayed in at Panama City Beach. The condo was great and the pools and hot tub were kept in good condition. The parking garage is a little tight, but not as small as other places we have stayed. We had an additional vehicle and the site worked with us to find a spot for us to be able to park the additional vehicle at no cost (our second vehicle is a compact car). The condo itself was in good condition and we had no issues with the site. Thanks for providing a great facility for us to stay in while vacationing in Florida!

Ocean Reef 1301

We enjoyed our stay here. Room is beautiful, clean, perfect size for our family. Love that it is on the end so no traffic walking back and forth past your room. Parking could be better. Only space for one car. If you bring two cars you can’t park in the garage & good luck finding a space. We would stay here again. Room was great.

Great property, poor check in

Overall we had a good stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. We did have an issues with check in unfortunately. Our flight landed early and we were unable to access the apartment early, nor were able to have a place to hold our bags anywhere. Also since no one is allowed to check in until 4pm there was a significant wait for the elevators. During our stay the elevators were all down multiple times and we were on the 13th floor. We did have designated parking spot in the garage, but in the listing it says 2 parking spots available which is technically not accurate. We had two cars with us so one car got the parking spot while the other had to park in the overflow lot across the street which had limited parking spots. Also, after not being able to check in early or hold our bags, we had to pay extra for a late check out as well! Overall we had a good trip, just a couple complaints.
