Beach Vacation

We enjoyed our visit to the area. Loved the pool. Had a few issues with the pool being filled with debris but there were a lot of storms before and during our stay. Had a a couple of minor concerns that we addressed or the property management company addressed. Beautiful home, great location.

Fabulous home!

We loved the updated, renovated, spacious, well equipped one floor house with beautiful furnishings, art and decor. Lovely screen porch for dining and relaxing while watching tv. The back patio and pool area is perfect- great furniture, multiple seating areas, large grill, fire pit, umbrella, outdoor tv and seating in a covered space. Three spacious bedrooms (especially the master with comfy king bed) two bathrooms with great new showers and open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The house is fabulous and we will definitely go back!

the most beautiful house

We loved Fort Grace! The owner has extraordinary taste--the decor was whimsical and just gorgeous. The cough is super comfortable for watching movies and the outdoor patio also has a nice TV, perfect for SEC football Saturday. We had everything we needed for a fabulous week. The pool is next level. It is more like a fancy resort pool than a backyard pool; we spent a large amount of time out there. We had it heated, which was necessary in late October. The beach access is across the street, very close by. You can bring and set up your own chairs and umbrella. However, vendors can not set up chairs for you at that access. If you want chair service, it is at the Walton Dunes access which is about 10 minutes away. 30a Vacay was very responsive to our questions and needs. They provide 3 bikes which is awesome and will save you some money. We will absolutely stay here again! Love love love

Fort Grace

We loved our stay here! The pool was phenomenal, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, the beds were super comfy and the location was perfect!
