Great Stay

Beautiful room lots of windows and large balcony for all the great views. Convenient location to a lot of nice restaurants and pier park. Had a wonderful stay and host is very informative and quick to respond.

Could be fantastic with a little TLC

The condo was in a fantastic location with lovely furnishings and a comfortable design. However, there were a few issues that impacted our experience. The floors were extremely dirty—our white socks turned black just from walking around on the first morning. The drip coffee maker was broken, there was no cutting board, the ice maker didn't work, and the filtered water from the refrigerator came out at room temperature. Luckily, there was a single serving Keurig available but this meant that we had to brew each cup individually. We contacted management. They responded promptly, mopped the floors, and provided a cutting board, but we still had to buy our own ice and walk around in flip flops because the floors were still dirty and really need a deep cleaning. Other inconveniences included a ceiling fan remote in the bedroom with no batteries or battery cover, meaning it was either on full blast or off. The kitchen was poorly equipped: the knives were extremely dull with bent tips, and there was only a tiny 5" frying pan that could fit one egg. We also found a dirty sheet pan left in the oven. It's unfortunate, as this could be a fantastic unit with a better clean and more thoughtfully basic appointed kitchen essentials.
