We enjoyed the balcony, cooked breakfast everyday, very close to beach, short distance from eatery, and it was a short drive to the venue. The host was perfect, available and kind. I would love to stay again next year.

Fall Break
Fall break for me and my children. It was a wonderful little getaway to the beach. A lot of shops, restaurants and beach in walking distance. The property and room was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic and close to shopping areas, fast food, and a 2-3min walk to the beach! The room was spotless! The building was secured by staff, super quiet, and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the beach and very well kept. Just take screenshots of the access and parking codes because vrbo has them in a ton of different places. If you're staying for longer than 3 days/have long hair, bring a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner and bring small bills or quarters for the washer and dryer. All in all, this was a really great spot for 1 or 2 people - we stayed for about 5 days, and it was perfect. Thanks so much for the enjoyable stay - it made our vacation easy and relaxing!

Loved our stay
We will be back as we loved the price and where it was located. Only a few things was weird as tub drain was slow draining. But that’s the only thing the beach was beautiful. Hope to stay again soon!

Great place!
This condo was perfect for what we needed it for. It is right across the street from the beach which was awesome. Beach access is directly across from the lobby, so it was a very short walk. The king bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. Condo was clean and exactly what we needed. Make sure you note that it does not have a full sized fridge/freezer. It’s listed and photographed accurately; we just forgot and were surprised, but we were able to make it work. I would definitely stay here again!

I made the reservation very advance ,the picture of building pool and gulf views for advertising were deceiving since the unit was facing the swamp and dumpster.The carpet was so dirty which I had to ask for cleaning to be done while I was there.This unit has the smallest refrigerator compere to other similar units within this building. The chairs at the balcony and toaster were broken which I asked the host to replace them , which she did. The unit is good to stay only for couple of days at the time ,since it is small with a little amenities . I prefer the one bad room units and the one facing the gulf for my future stays .

So as I arrive, mind you check in was 4pm, wasn't ready, not cleaned, hour and a half of wait because the maid had problems and arrived late. Communication when first booked was great and on time, once I wrote a message about room not ready , waited 2 hours for a response. Overall ending stay was better then arrival. I do must say parking is horrible, even with a parking pass, no parking anywhere inside building, had to park outside the building every nite of my stay. Parking is full everyday. Had a rental and didn't feel safe parking the car outside the building. NO Beach scene from my balcony. Besides of it all, it was ok staying there, all we did was go in to sleep since we were there for a wedding event all weekend

This was my Eat, Pray, Love Trip
Always heard you should vacation alone so I decided to try it out. This was the best week ever!. Room was clean well equipped, and right in front of a really great restaurant and the beach! I parked my car on Monday and didn't get back in it until Saturday! Cannot recommend enough!

First, the biggest thing is that the room was as described and pictured! Very clean, organized and had all the amenities you’d need for a trip. Although the balcony did overlook trees and other homes, it was still very relaxing & chill. The bed was a memory foam that was very comfortable; not too firm or soft. Everything was clean & stocked. The room could use a little updating, but what the owner has is nice and accommodating still. She was very responsive when we had to communicate! The parking deck felt tight to me in a small SUV, but was still able to find parking. I would stay here again. It was very nice and close to many things - even walking distance.

We were stuck between choosing this property & another one down the road. We are SO grateful we went with this one!! Rooftop pool, steps from the beach, cleanliness- what more could you need? The unit has everything you need from pots and pans to extra linens. The host was very fast to reply to my questions. The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. We felt safe throughout the entire night/day. If you are looking for a sign to stay here- consider this it!!
