The townhouse was dirty, needed completely upgrade couldn’t sit outside because the furniture was broken on the balcony. Blinds broken and dirty.Went to Walmart and bought towels as the ones there looked old and dingy. As far as the property itself, the pools were beautiful. The fitness room was all good. That overall was great.

The place was not very clean I vacuumed and wet mopped and the water was black I did that the day we arrived. It also needs a lot of maintenance work. Besides this it’s not a bad place great location to beach and stores.

The advertised golf cart is a sham, I have called twice about it but so far it hasn’t been fixed. Audrey has been absolutely no help in resolving the matter. We rented this unit because it had a golf cart. There is no working WiFi, my husband couldn’t even work today because he couldn’t get on the WiFi. We are completely disappointed with the quality of this unit and with Evolve Travel. Never again.

For the price I didn't expect to get what we got. So close to the beach, our own personal golf cart to take around the property, 11 different pools, mini golf. It was great. The rooms were bigger then we expected. Lots of room for 2 adults 1 kid and 2 puppies to run around. We will definitely book with Gulf Highlands Beach Resort in the future!
