All REMODELED in 2025! NEW FLOORING, PAINT, FURNISHINGS, & DECOR! Beach Front 3 Bed - 2 bath Condo is perfect for a families and you can bring your pet! Sleeps 10. FREE Beach Chairs seasonally March through October!

Plan to relax in this 3 bedroom - 2 bath condo just steps to the pool, sugar white sand, and the emerald green water of the Gulf! The updates to 412 are wonderful! This condo is spacious, clean, and family friendly! The master bedroom has a NEW king size bed, a private master bath, and its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a NEW king size bed with an adjoining bath and the 3rd bedroom has 2 NEW sets of TWIN over FULL bunk beds. The master bathroom has a custom tile shower and there is a tub/shower combo in the second bathroom.

Pelican Walk 412 is located on the fourth floor and features all NEW furniture in 2025, including a NEW queen sleeper sofa! Check out the NEW Bunk room with 2 TWIN over FULL bunk beds! *Age Restriction for the TOP bunk: We recommending that only children over the age of six use the top bunk.

NEW Dining furniture provides seating for 6 and there are 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated stainless steel appliances and a new washer & dryer in the condo. The best part is the spacious wrap around balcony overlooking the West side pool and beach. It is the perfect spot to take in the amazing view of the Gulf and stunning Sunsets!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay! Located close to all that PCB has to , ice cream, shopping, arcades, go cart tracks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All with in a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Pelican Walk have access to numerous amenities: private beach access with beach service, two (2) swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, racquetball, shuffleboard, pool table, grill areas, and more! Always Rememberable

Condo was spacious and beautiful!

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Very modern decor, clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds slept fabulous. We enjoyed the double balcony also. The view of the ocean was perfect! I would most definitely rent again.

Perfect Place to Stay

My two sisters and Dad stayed there and we all loved it. My Dad is 87 years old and it was easy access to the beach. It was not over crowded and loud. Good location to several restaurants. We will be staying here again next year.

Well kept, master bedroom suite and shower were amazing. Lacked essential supplies (cleaning, paper towels, etc.) very spacious and nice balcony&kitchen area. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I enjoyed my stay and was overall pleased with the condition of the condo.

The carpet and tile was in great shape and I was pleased with cleanliness. I was disappointed with the mattresses. They were not as comfortable as I would have expected. The blinds were also in poor condition and could stand to be updated in the bedrooms. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony in the rocking chairs, but the (2) chairs at the table were not in good condition so our entire group was not able to sit on the balcony at the same time.

Gorgeous condo with amazing view!

Traveling with my family of 8 and extended family of 10 (extended family stayed in another condo in Pelican Walk). This condo was beautiful, comfortable and spacious...plenty of room for the 8 of us. Balcony was a good size with lots of seating. Views were amazing although you can't see the beach view to the left of the balcony because of the condo's location in the building. The beach was never crowded, and I enjoyed being on the "quiet end" of PCB. Everyone said their bed was comfortable, although I found the heavy comforter in the master bedroom to be a bit much for the hot August weather in Florida (yes, it's hot even at night when you're sleeping and the AC on). The condo is conveniently located near the elevator but the "cross-breeze" (or whatever it might be) made a loud ghost-like howling sound in the stairwell, so loud in fact I could hear it in the master bedroom at night. The first night I didn't realize what it was and it scared me so that I went and slept on the sofa for the rest of the night (the sofa is very comfortable too, by the way). Over-all, this is a wonderful condo that I would recommend to anyone traveling to PCB with a large family. Thanks for the memories Pelican Walk 412!

awesome visit

we loved this condo....the only thing is that the balcony from the bedroom overlooks the parking lot. We wish that it has been a beachfront view, but overall the condo was great. It is very close to the beach and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub. Did not know until the last day that there was a pool table and game room upstairs. We will definitely take advantage of that next time.

Beautiful condo!

Me and my 2 sisters loved the condo. So very spacious and enjoyed the décor especially the French décor in one of the bedrooms. The balcony was huge. Loved the three sliding doors to the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. :)
