This rental unit needs some TLC. The landscaping in front and by the back porch needed replacing. The laundry room was very dirty. The living room furniture was either very dirty or broken (the rocking chair). The unit also smelled liked it needed a very deep cleaning. (There was garbage under & behind the couch.) We won't be staying at this unit again, even though we appreciated the resort accepting pets. We also appreciated the blender and the microwave being replaced while we were there, since they were both broken.

A real ROACH FESTIVAL!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good morning team, our stay was good with a exceptions:There were no window blinds in the guest bedroom and there blinds that were up were VERY CHEAP And some were broken. There was only small blankets for the beds and one had a "mystery" yellowish stain on it.The front screen door is in poor condition makes a lot of noise and needs to be replaced.This was NO apparent WIFI!!!I have included pictures and video evidence of my feedback. I am sending this to you because I paid a premium price for your condo and honestly I expected more. Oh, also I was greeted on check out morning by TWO LARGE ROACHES prancing through the condo. I sent all of this feedback, video and pictures to the management team and they choose to do nothing except to say, “why didn’t you contact us while you were here”?! Well here’s a better idea, why didn’t you have these areas addressed BEFORE we arrived. Besides, who wants to have maintenance personnel and exterminators everywhere while you are trying to enjoy your vacation????
