Warren Beach Rentals proudly presents Ramsgate Harbour 22, a beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom one-level Gulf-front condo completed in January 2021. This thoughtfully designed and lovingly decorated unit offers a stunning beachside escape perfect for families and groups seeking privacy and comfort. What Makes This Condo Special: Prime Location: Situated on the first living floor (second story), enjoy an expansive 26-foot balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf, white sandy beach, and spectacular sunsets. Peaceful & Private: Ramsgate Harbour is known for its low-density setting, offering a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere with easy beach access - just minutes from Rosemary Beach and Pier Park, but far from the crowds. Fully Updated Kitchen: Newly upgraded with modern appliances, stylish cabinetry, and elegant granite countertops - ideal for preparing family meals. No Carpet, All Comfort: Brand new flooring throughout ensures a fresh, clean environment for your stay. Spacious Living Area: Relax on the oversized sectional sofa while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV with cable. The living room also has a brand new sofa that sleeps one additional guest comfortably. Bedrooms are equipped for streaming entertainment. Comfortable Bedrooms: The master suite features a new king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and stunning Gulf views. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and access to the second bathroom, perfect for families or groups. Resort Amenities & Extras: Covered parking available (two vehicles max, parking passes arranged through HOA). Community Gulf-front swimming pool. Complimentary use of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily from March through mid-October (weather permitting). Additional Details: Must be 25 or older to rent, with the primary renter staying for the entire visit. No smoking or pets permitted. Parking is $40 per vehicle, collected by HOA. This condo needs a deep cleaning not just a surface clean. The couch and chairs had a smell like body odor and furniture is ragged looking. The return vent had so much dust, I’m surprised there was any flow.

Nice Beachfront Home

This home is in a great location if you don't want the crowds closer to PCB. The beach is just a short walk, and it was nice to have chairs set up each day. The home itself was clean and comfortable and had plenty of room.

Amazing Condo!

This was our first stay at Ramsgate and the condo was wonderful! It was clean the views were spectacular and the beds were comfortable! Communication was great and we will definitely be back in the future!

Condo was nice. Great beach access and views. Beach was not crowded. Close to good restaurants at Rosemary beach. My only complaint is the kitchen was a bit dated and cabinets could use a good cleaning.

VRBO never again!

We will not be searching properties using VRBO again. We were charged almost $300 for marketing. The people on the floor above made so much noise walking around starting at 5:30am until 11:30 at night! It’s a very nice unit and the beach is beautiful but the noise issue from unit above is very disturbing.

Updated nicely, clean, good location for us, but the facilities were under heavy construction. Construction dumpster in parking lot, power tools in use and heavy machinery in use while we were there. Did not appear that it would be over anytime soon. We should have been told prior to booking.

Great Condo!!

One of the best places and locations in the panhandle of Florida. Convenient to everything and not as much traffic as other places in that area. Near great shopping and many wonderful restaurants. This unit was beautifully appointed and what a view. Worlds most beautiful beaches.

Perfect Location!

Great location! Beautiful condo! Loved that it was outside of the main downtown PCB area and away from the crowd. Loved all the games and puzzles in the room and the chairs and Umbrella that came as well.

I really enjoyed this property. Location is excellent. As advertised close to the beach; groceries and 30A shops. Beach is quiet and very soft sand. I would of liked a provided recommendation sheet of areas to visit; restaurants etc would be helpful for an out of state visitor. Secondly; the beds need better mattresses to receive a 5 star rating.

Beautiful condo and fantastic view

Overall this place was excellent! The condo was spacious and well decorated. The thermostat on the ac unit died but the problem was handled within a couple of hours. We loved all the accommodations but would recommend having curtains in the living room as there is no privacy except in the bed room and the glare from the sun makes it impossible to see the TV during the day. It would also be nice to have a screen in the living room to keep bugs out especially when it’s dark outside. A couple of maintenance issues need to be addressed….the light on the patio did not work and it wasn’t just the bulb. The entire fixture needs replaced. Unfortunately you can hear every step from the upstairs unit. Sounded like a herd of elephants walking around when it was occupied. One morning we were awakened at 5:00 am by the vacuum cleaner being ran up there. My husband went up and inquired about the noise and was told by the cleaning crew that they had forgotten to clean the unit the night before and the renters had shown up with no place to stay so they had to get in early to clean the place. The noise was deafening. There were a couple of light bulbs out on the stove and the beds definitely could use some box springs. Super nice washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen. All in all it was a nice stay.

Cleanest condo I've ever stayed in.

We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable and probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. I would have liked to have had a mixer for some baking, but otherwise, everything was perfect. We would love to know where we can purchase the sofa! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful

The place is gorgeous and well furnished. Easy one level upstairs entrance. Large balcony with beautiful views! The balcony has two entrances, one from the living room and one from the master bedroom. My only suggestion would to be to change out the drapery in the master bedroom. The sheer fabric makes the bedroom not private if visiting with another couple or children. Also, sleeping in is a bit difficult. But otherwise a fantastic place within a great location.
