Overall, the condo was nice and pretty clean. Extra attention was needed on the floor and the kitchen sink. The view was great, the beds were comfortable, and access to the beach was simple. We would stay here again.

The views at this facility are absolutely beautiful. The location within easy walking distance to Pier Park and other amenities. This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Calypso and have never been disappointed.

The rental was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The photos were exactly the same as the condo. We dis nit want to go home and tried to book another few nights but it was already booked. We are alraady planning our next trip back and we arent even home yet!!!

This condo was great! Most amazing view, beautiful beach and great location for walking to restaurants. It’s spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything was pretty much perfect! I would give it 4.5 stars as for the price a few more amenities would have been nice such as beach towels, beach chairs, coffee filters, wine opener, dish cloth to clean dishes. It’s very basic as far as supplies. It’s clean though, which is important to me. The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work, but will say they were up within minutes with an ice maker so we didn’t have to continue purchasing ice.

I asked if there were enough blankets for all 8 of us and told there were extras. There were not enough. It is not handicap accessible to the amenities. Lots of little repairs needed to the condo. Some plug ins don’t work or are falling out if the wall. The master bathroom's bathtub faucet had a 3 inch wiggle in it. That sort of thing. Nothing that ruined our great trip, but made the luxury not seem so luxurious.

The room could have been cleaner, lots of things were on the verge of breaking, the bathroom doors would barely close properly and the dishes had to be washed before use. Not the best at all.

Nice place the only thing about this condo is there were no extra blankets. It said there was but none were found. There are no extras of anything. Limited stock options in kitchen. Only one dish towel.

They keep giving me the wrong phone number to call for parking pass. I should have had 2 parking passes, they only emailed me one. Could not get a hold of no one until Monday. I parked the car on the street

We stayed in this condo the week of October 16th . We were unaware that renovations were being done in the unit above us. There was loud drilling/ banging during all the non-quiet hours. We have a two year old who was scared of the noise and cried if we were in the room during this. Naps were impossible for him. Didn’t spend much time in the condo because of this and unfortunately for us it was too cold during our stay to spend time at the beach. I made Vacasa aware of this and there was no resolution. They said that they aren’t aware when other unit owners are renovating and they can’t do anything about it. We cleaned the floors ourselves upon arrival as well but I wouldn’t have thought anything about that otherwise. Definitely disappointed with the customer service we received as this was a huge hurdle for us having a toddler.

This was a fantastic location so close to Pier Park - an easy walk. Beach access was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and in working order. The kitchen was nicely stocked - coffee maker and Kurtis both available.

We enjoyed our stay at calypso in Panama City beach. Vacasa made everything so easy from booking to checkout. The room was great and had everything we needed. Would definitely use Vacasa again and stay there again.

Condo layout was wonderful for our family. This is our second time staying at Calypso. Great location and walkable to everything you would need while on vacation. There were a few concerns upon arrival, there was sand and long dark hair in the mast bathroom. Master bathroom sink drain was broken and both showers held water. I feel that this should have been noticed and addressed by cleaning staff/maintenance prior to our arrival. As calling and making arrangements for repair took away from our vacation. Customer service and maintenance were amazing to work with and were very supportive.the ice maker did not work. A few items we needed this week that were not provided but would be great to add would be at least one more additional trash bag (only 1 provided), there NO extra blankets in the condo, muffin pan, pizza pan, pizza slicer, and a crock pot. We had friends in another condo who were able to share all of these items from their condo with us. Overall, it was a great stay!

Condo was clean and efficient. I wish the owners had left instructions on “how to” maneuver the TV system as well as instructions on how to “reset” the thermostat. Way to cold in unit during the day. Always reset itself to 70!! internet was always going down! Need a new provider.

The condo was amazing! Enough room for the entire family! Beautiful view and everything is completely convenient! It was clean and had everything we needed! Definitely we will be back!
