Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 or older to book. At least one guest aged 25 or older is required for every three guests in the group.
Occupancy: The home accommodates a maximum of 12 guests.
Parking: The driveway accommodates two vehicles.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please do not arrive before your scheduled check-in time.
No Pets & No Smoking: This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of rental fees, with the guest responsible for any damages. The home is also strictly non-smoking.
No Events: Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Complimentary Equipment: Any beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, coolers, Pack 'n Plays or baby equipment located at the home are provided as complimentary amenities. The availability or condition of these items cannot be guaranteed, and they are not considered part of the rental agreement.
Rooftop & Balcony Safety: The home includes elevated balconies, patios and a rooftop terrace. Children must be supervised at all times while using these areas.
