Quiet Paradise

We spent 5 nights at Libbysand and the experience could not have been better. The property management company (Elite 30a) was helpful, responsive and a delight to work with. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities needed. The pool was amazing, perfect for 5 kids aged 2-6. Would definitely love to stay again.

Spacious, upscale, well appointed, impeccably clean, perfect home for our family Spring Break!

The home is absolutely gorgeous and had everything that we could have needed and then some! Open concept, spacious enough for all of us to enjoy meals together in the kitchen and dining area, and to watch the first round of NCAA March Madness games in the living space with a huge TV. Also had enough cozy areas to be off by yourself to unwind and relax. As temps were a bit cooler during our stay, my favorite spot in the home was in the screened in lanai with the gas fireplace on, curled up with a warm blankie on the cozy couch….best nap ever. Pool was of course the big hit for our family, heated nicely for temps in March. Property manager was responsive and very eager to make sure we had everything needed and was patient with our questions. Also, communication during booking, leading up to our arrival date, and then checkout was thorough and welcoming. The homeowners definitely hit a home run with the Elite30A team. A big thank you to the owners that allowed us to make their beautiful home “Libbysand”, our own for the week. Oh…almost forgot…location, location, location! Quieter area on 30A, beach access right up the street. Couldn’t have been more perfect. We’ll definitely be back!
