Linens were very starchy feeling and not comfortable to sleep on. Mattresses were also hard. Headboard of the king bed would hit the wall every time we rolled over. The cable service on the TVs was HORRIBLE. My youngest children could not watch the Disney channel or any other kids channel because it would go in and out. Elevators at the property are also a nightmare. We had to call the front desk several times to have somebody come up to our floor and pick us up. We easily waited 20-30 minutes several times to get on an elevator. Beach security was hateful and rude. We couldn’t even put up a small shade for our infant in front of our chairs to keep him out of the sun. However, 6 ft in front of me, NOT on the wet sand were umbrellas and chairs.
