Great stay for a PCB house!

It was an excellent place to stay if you were going to PCB because you're not looking for the nicest place, just a place to sleep.

This was a spacious house, perfect for our little get away with our children. Everything was very clean and tidy. And close to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Neighborhood was gated with security. Pool was good for my young children. Its only 4ft at the deepest part so kids that really want to swim might be disappointed. We walked to the playground a couple times, not big but kids had fun. House was nice and definitely clean. Kitchen was not as equipped as i expected. We had no backing sheet to make biscuits, and no dinner plates. There were other things that would have made cooking easier but we managed.Did have a issue with the coffee pot, but we let them know so hopefully they will get it fixed. Beds weren't soft but most places dont have soft beds. We will definitely consider this house the next ttime we head to PCB.

We stayed for 4 nights while attending a lacrosse tournament for our middle school daughter. To recap, this VBRO needs to be on the avoid list. There are several issues. 1. We had gate code access issues throughout the trip. Both our front door and the pool. For a day and a half we were not able to get into the pool. Complained with delayed responses. Thankfully they did respond quickly when the front door would not open. 2. Complex is very sketchy. We saw police on site twice. 3. The only beach access points in short driving distance does not have bathroom facilities. 4. Bedding is horrible. Fitted sheets do not fit, so your bare skin touches the mattress. All night long you tug to avoid the issue. Complained with no results.
