Decent stay.
Checkin was late. Cockroaches found next morning. Sand in floors. No broom mop or vacuum. View from condo room was amazing. Overall had good time.

Nice Stay
First and foremost, if you are going for peace and quiet, go somewhere else. However, if you expect there to be young people hanging out and having a good time, you are at the right place. The location is awesome and the best part of the rental was the comfort of the bed! Everything there was serviceable and the balcony was large and comfortable. The only downside I found was that the dryer didn’t work very well. We stayed only a short time and didn’t really need to use the dryer often.

The only complaint I have is the elevators!! We spent so much time waiting or hiking up stairs with kids! Early in the mornings and late nights, they are fine. Peek day activity time, you can wait up to 30 minutes!!

All good except ….
Goods : location and pool is excellent , proximity to Walmart and other restaurants. Not so good :- 1) elevators at the property suck since limited elevators vs several condos in the building . Minimum time that I spent in the elevators to get upstairs or downstairs was at least 15 minutes. 2) not enough toilet rolls , towels , detergent for our 6 days stay. I was asked to pick up from their office .

Clean, perfect view, what you need!
The space was overall as described. The view alone was spectacular, check-in was easy, located by everything. Nice pool area (our kids loved to go at night). Elevator is definitely busy, at least around the time we came. Parking garage is horrible (tight squeeze if you have big cars). Overall great stay. Will definitely stay again!

Great beach condo . . . But
Condo was very nice and clean. One towel bar missing from the master bath. TV in the main room didn’t work but we didn’t bother to report it because we didn’t watch that one anyway. King mattress was very soft. I liked it but my husband didn’t. Elevators were slow during the 9-10 hour due to check-ins but not too bad the rest of the time. The only real problem was the college kids making tons of noise and honking horns on the street & parking garage from 2-4 AM. Bring a good set of earplugs and it should be tolerable.
