Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very easy to book and the condo was nice. The only problem was construction right next door that went on all day, and the entire time we were there, except when it rained.

Three Generations, One Perfect Getaway!

This unit was the perfect spot for a quick girls trip with my mom and grandma. We had such a relaxing time with easy access to the beach, and the condo was a wonderful place to unwind after a fun day out. The beds were comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better – we loved how close it was to the beach and Pier Park, where we enjoyed the free ticket to axe throwing! That was an awesome perk we’ve never had before! The condo itself was clean and welcoming making it easy to settle right in. We had everything we needed, and Benchmark Management did an exceptional job ensuring we were taken care of. Their communication was quick, clear, and thorough, providing all the info we needed about the area and the unit, so we didn’t have to ask a single question.For the price, the location and amenities were a real treat. We enjoyed the pool, and the lagoon access was a fantastic bonus. This condo is the perfect choice for a relaxing, fun getaway in Panama City Beach. 10/10 – highly recommend!
